المستخلص: فهذا بحث بينت فيه حال حديث من أحاديث النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، اسميته: "المباحث المحررات في الكلام على حديث الأغلوطات دراية ورواية". وقد اشتمل البحث على: مقدمة، وتمهيد، تكلمت فيه عن: "دور السنة في إبراز وسائل التعلم الفعالة". ثم عقدت ثلاثة فصول، اشتمل كل منهما على عدد من المباحث. أما الفصل الأول: وعنوانه: "حديث النهي عن الأغلوطات" دراية، أي من حيث الصنعة الحديثية، وفيه أربعة مباحث، تخريجه، ودراسة إسناده والحكم عليه، وبيان علته، وشواهده من القرآن والسنة. ثم الفصل الثاني: وعنوانه: "حديث النهي عن الأغلوطات" رواية، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: معناه عند أهل اللغة والغريب، ومواقف شراح الحديث منه، وفقه الحديث وما فيه من فوائد. ثم الفصل الثالث: وعنوانه: إسهامات السنة في بناء المنهجية العلمية الواقعية، والنافعة، وفيه ثلاثة مباحث: السنة النبوية حرب على الخرافات والخيالات، والسنة النبوية وتوجيه العقل والفكر إلى ما ينفع دون غيره، وتطبيقات الأئمة في مصنفاتهم وتعقيداتهم في ضوء حديث الباب. ثم الخاتمة، وقد ضمنتها أهم ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج وتوصيات وكان من أهم نتائجه ما يلي: 1- أن هذا الحديث لم يتناوله أحد قبل بالدراسة، وذلك في حدود علمي. 2- و"الأغلوطة" فسرت بعدة أشياء، أهما: "المغالطة" و"شرار المسائل" و"السؤال عما لم يكن مما لا فائدة منه" و"صعاب المسائل" و"سؤال العالم على وجه التعنيت له والتعجيز". 3- الحديث مخرج في كتب السنة بألفاظ أربعة، كلها عن سيدنا "معاوية بن أبي سفيان رضي الله عنهما. 4- الحديث بهذه الألفاظ، ومن تلك الطرق، ضعيف الإسناد؛ لكن المتن له شواهد يصح بها. 5- هذا الحديث يعد معلما مهما من معالم المنهج العلمي السديد. وغير ذلك من النتائج. ثم ختمت البحث بعدد من الفهارس اللازمة. والحمد لله على ما وفق ويسر.

This is a research in which I clarified the case of a hadith of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. The research included: an introduction and a preface, in which I talked about: "The role of the Sunnah in highlighting effective learning methods." Then I held three chapters, each of which included a number of investigations. As for the first chapter: Its title: "Hadeeth forbidding Mistakes" is familiar, that is, in terms of the hadith industry, and it contains four sections, its extraction, the study of its chain of transmission and judgment, its reasoning, and its evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. Then the second chapter: Its title: "The hadith forbidding mistakes" is a narration, and it contains three sections: its meaning according to the people of language and the stranger, the position of the hadith commentators on it, the jurisprudence of the hadith and its benefits. Then the third chapter: Its title: Contributions of the Sunnah in building a realistic and beneficial scientific methodology, and in it there are three sections: The Prophetic Sunnah is a war on myths and fantasies, the Prophetic Sunnah and directing the mind and thought to what is beneficial to the exclusion of others, and the applications of the imams in their works and their interpretations in the light of the hadith of the chapter. Then the conclusion, which included the most important findings and recommendations of the research. Among its most important results were the following: 1- That this hadith was not discussed by anyone before studying, and that is within the limits of my knowledge. 2- And "falsehood" was explained by several things, the most important of which are: "fallacy," "the most evil of issues," "asking something that was not of useless," "difficulties of issues," and "asking the scholar in the face of his intransigence and impossibility." 3- The hadith is extracted in the books of the Sunnah in four words, all of them on the authority of our master "Muawiyah bin Abi Sufyan, may God be pleased with them both. 4- The hadith in these words, and among those ways, is weak attribution; But the Metn has evidence that is correct. 5- This hadith is considered an important feature of the sound scientific method. And other results. Then I concluded the research with a number of necessary indexes. And thank God for what is according to ease.
