المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير أداء معلمي العلوم للمرحلة الثانوية في محافظة صامطة، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ وذلك لملاءمته لموضوع الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات حول الدراسة، وتكونت الاستبانة من (17) فقرة موزعين على مجالين، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمو العلوم في محافظة صامطة في المملكة العربية السعودية، من العام الدراسي 1443-1444هـ، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (103) معلم من مجتمع الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها: أظهرت الدراسة أن دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير أداء معلمي العلوم للمرحلة الثانوية في محافظة صامطة، جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وبنسبة 80.20%، وأظهرت الدراسة أن دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تهيئة بيئة تدريسية آمنة وداعمة من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم للمرحلة الثانوية في محافظة صامطة، جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وبنسبة 80.40%، وكذلك أظهرت الدراسة أن دور تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق النمو المهني لمعلمي العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة صامطة، جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وبنسبة 80.20%. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة، كان من أهم توصياتها: عقد ورش عمل للمعلمين لتدريبهم على آليات توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في عقد اجتماعات دورية للطلاب من أجل حل مشكلاتهم في التحصيل الدارس، بناء نظام إلكتروني يعتمد على تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي يعمل على ربط جميع أطراف العملية التعليمة من أجل التواصل التربوي والتعليمي، بناء أدوات تقويم تعمل من خلال تطبيقات الذكاء، من أجل التنبؤ بالحاجات التعليمية والتدريبة، إجراء أبحاث ودراسات تبحث في أثر تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير أداء المعلمين والطلاب.

Thy aimed of study to identify the role of artificial intelligence applications in developing the performance of science teachers at the secondary level in Samtah Governorate, In order to answer the study questions, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, This is due to its relevance to the subject of the study, To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting information about the study, The questionnaire consisted of (17) items distributed over two areas, and the study population consisted of all science teachers in Samtah Governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from the academic year 1443- 1444 AH, and the study sample amounted to (103) teachers from the study community. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The study showed that the role of artificial intelligence applications in developing the performance of science teachers at the secondary level in Samtah governorate came to a large extent, at a rate of 80.20%, The study showed that the role of artificial intelligence applications in creating a safe and supportive teaching environment from the point of view of science teachers at the secondary level in Samtah Governorate was significant, with a rate of 80.40%, The study also showed that the role of artificial intelligence applications in achieving the professional growth of science teachers at the secondary level in Samtah governorate came to a large extent, at a rate of 80.20%. Based on the results of the study, one of its most important recommendations was: holding workshops for teachers to train them on the mechanisms of employing artificial intelligence applications in holding periodic meetings for students in order to solve their problems in academic achievement, Building an electronic system based on artificial intelligence applications that works to connect all parties to the educational process for educational and educational communication, building evaluation tools that work through intelligence applications, in order to predict educational and training needs, Conducting research and studies examining the impact of artificial intelligence applications in developing the performance of teachers and students.
