المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العائد الاجتماعي والاقتصادي لخريجات التعليم الفني، حيث انطلق البحث من قضايا نظريتي "رأس المال البشري والتنمية البشرية". وقد استخدمت الباحثة طريقة دراسة الحالة، واستعانت بدليل المقابلة؛ والذي طبق على عدد (22) حالة من خريجات التعليم الفني بأنواعه الثلاث (صناعي، زراعي، تجاري). في مركز كوم حمادة بمحافظة البحيرة. وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1- يواجه التعليم الفني العديد من التحديات التي تعوقه عن تحقيق أهدافه، أهمها النظرة الاجتماعية المتدنية له من قبل المجتمع. 2- وجود قصور في سياسة القبول بمدارس التعليم الفني، والتي تعتمد بشكل أساسي على مجموع درجات الشهادة الإعدادية؛ دون الأخذ في الاعتبار رغبات الطالبات، أو احتياجات سوق العمل 3- العائد الاقتصادي للتعليم الفني غير مضمون لخريجاته، وبالتالي فإنه لم يساهم في التمكين الاقتصادي لهن بالشكل المطلوب, ويرجع ذلك لعدم توفر فرص عمل لخريجات التعليم الفني؛ تجعل لهن دخل ثابت مستقل، حتى وإن توفرت فرص عمللهن، فإنها تكون بعيدة عن التخصص الذي درسنه خلال فترة تعليمهن؛ وبأجور زهيدة. كما أن غالبية حالات الدراسة ليس لديهن قدرة مادية؛ تمكنهن من إقامة مشروع خاص بهن. يدر عليهن دخلا، ويمكنهن من المشاركة في المتطلبات المعيشية لأسرهن. 4- العائد الاجتماعي أكثر تأثيرا من العائد الاقتصادي بالنسبة لخريجات التعليم الفني, حيث أشارت العديد من حالات الدراسة إلى استفادتهن من التعليم الفني فيما يخص الناحية الاجتماعية، وذلك من حيث: الارتقاء بالمكانة, والشعور بالتميز, وزيادة المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والقدرة على اتخاذ القرارات, واكتساب قيم وثقافة جديدة مرتبطة بالعمل, ومزيد من المعرفة والوعي الذي يفيدهن في حياتهن الشخصية.

This research’s purpose is to identify the socio-economic return of female graduates of technical education. The research counts on the "The Human Capital Theory" and "The Human Development Theory". The researcher has used the case study method, and the interview guide; which has been applied to (22) cases of technical education graduates of its three classifications, the (industrial, agricultural, commercial) in application to of Kom Hamada Center, Al-Beheira Governorate. The research has come to the following results: 1. The technical education encounters multiple challenges that hinder it from achieving its goals, the most important of which is the inferior social view of the society towards this type of education. 2. The shortness exists in the admission policy for technical education schools, which depend mainly on the total preparatory certificate degrees; without taking into account the desires of the students, or the needs of the labor market. 3. The economic return of technical education is not guaranteed for its graduates, and therefore, it does not contribute to their economic empowerment in the required manner, and this is due to the lack of job opportunities for female graduates of technical education that can provide them a stable, independent income, even if job opportunities are available for them, but it is far from the specialization they studied during their education and with low wages. Also, the majority of the study cases do not have the financial ability that enable them to set up a project of their own or achieving income and participate in the living requirements of their families. 4. The social return is more influential than the economic return for female graduates of technical education, as many of the study cases indicate that they have benefited from technical education with regard to the social aspect, in terms of: raising status, feeling distinguished, increasing social responsibility, owning the ability to make-decisions, and gaining new values and culture related to work, acquiring more knowledge and awareness that will benefit them in their personal lives.
