المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الآثار الناتجة عن متابعة أولياء الأمور لأبنائهم الطلبة مع الهيئتين الإدارية والتدريسية في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة رام الله والبيرة من وجهة نظر أولياء أمورهم. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (121) ولي أمر، والذين تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومراجعة الأدبيات ذات العلاقة بموضوع البحث. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المحور التعليمي كان مرتفعا بمتوسط حسابي (4.15)، وكان محور الانضباط بالأنظمة المدرسية أيضا مرتفعا بمتوسط حسابي (3.59)، وكان محور تعزيز الثقة بالنفس مرتفعا كذلك بمتوسط حسابي (3.99) وبدرجة كلية (مرتفعة)، حيث بلغ (3.91). أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في مستوى الآثار الناتجة عن متابعة أولياء الأمور لأبنائهم الطلبة.

This study aimed to identify the level of the effects of parents' follow-up their children with both administrative and teaching bodies in public schools in Ramallah and Al-Birah governorates, from their parents' point of view. The sample of this study consisted of (121) parents who had been chosen randomly. This study is based on an analytical-descriptive approach in addition to the literature review, which is related to the research topic. The findings concluded that the arithmetic averages of the educational components were high at (4.15). And the arithmetic average of the school system discipline component was high (3.59). The self confidence enhancement component was also high with (3.99) mean, with total degree (high) which reached (3.91). The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the main responses of the study sample participants at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05). The level of the effects of parents' follow-up their children with both administrative and teaching bodies in public schools in Ramallah and Al-Birah governorates, from their parents' point of view, due to the parent's gender, the number of family members, the level of the family's income, and the parents' age. And there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) due to the educational level of the parents.
