المستخلص: اختص الله سبحانه وتعالى بعض عباده بميزات خاصة جعلت منهم أفراد مختلفين عن غيرهم، ألا وهم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، من بينهم فئة ذوي الإعاقة الحركية وهم أفراد لديهم بعض القصور في وظائفهم الحركية، لذا أولت بعض المجتمعات المتقدمة اهتمام خاص بهذه الفئة في جميع جوانب الحياة، وعليه يهدف البحث إلى تصميم وتنفيذ ملابس رياضية للفتيات من ذوي الإعاقة الحركية (شلل نصفي سفلي وشلل نصفي طولي) خلال المرحلة من (21-40) سنة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (11) فتاة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية من مراكز العلاج الطبيعي بمحافظة المنيا، وقد استخدم في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبيان لاستطلاع آراء المستهلكات حول متطلباتهن الملبسية استبيان للسادة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج لتقييم التصميمات المقترحة، استبيان الاستطلاع آراء المستهلكات في التصميمات المقترحة، استبيان للسادة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج لتقييم التصميمات المنفذة، استبيان لاستطلاع آراء المستهلكات في التصميمات المنفذة. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن: 1- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات المقترحة في تحقيق (عناصر وأسس التصميم، الجانب الجمالي، الجانب الابتكاري، الجانب الوظيفي) وفقاً لآراء السادة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج. 2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات المقترحة وفقاً لآراء المستهلكات. 3- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات المنفذة في تحقيق الجانب الوظيفي وفقاً لآراء السادة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج. 4- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات المنفذة في تحقيق الجانب الجمالي وفقاً لآراء السادة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج. 5- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات المنفذة في تحقيق الجانب الابتكاري وفقاً لآراء السادة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج. 6- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات المنفذة في تحقيق الجانب التقني وفقاً لآراء السادة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج. 7- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات المنفذة وفقاً لآراء السادة المتخصصين في مجال الملابس والنسيج. 8- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التصميمات المنفذة وفقاً لآراء المستهلكات.

Allah, Almighty, had chosen some individuals to be with special characteristics that make them different from others, namely those with special needs, among them is the category of people with motor disability. People with motor disability are individuals who have some deficiencies in their motor functions. Therefore, some advanced societies have given special attention to this category in all aspects of life. Accordingly, the aim of this research was to design and implement sportswear for girls with motor disability (Paraplegia and Hemiplegia) in the age group from 21 to 40 years. The research sample consisted of (11) girls who were randomly chosen from physiotherapy centers in Minya governorate. Both the descriptive-analytical method as well as the quasi-experimental method were adopted in the current research. Research instruments consisted of a questionnaire prepared to survey consumers' opinions on their clothing requirements, a questionnaire for the specialists in the field of clothing and textiles to evaluate the proposed designs, a questionnaire to survey the opinions of consumers on the proposed designs, a questionnaire for the specialists in the field of clothing and textiles to evaluate the implemented designs, and a questionnaire to survey the opinions of consumers on the implemented designs. Results of this research revealed the following: 1- there are statistically significant differences between the proposed designs in achieving (the elements and basics of design, the aesthetic aspect, the innovative aspect, the functional aspect) in accordance with the opinions of the specialists in the field of clothing and textiles. 2- there are statistically significant differences between the proposed designs in accordance with the opinions of consumers. 3- there are statistically significant differences between the implemented designs in achieving the functional aspect in accordance with the opinions of the specialists in the field of clothing and textiles. 4- there are statistically significant differences between the implemented designs in achieving the aesthetic aspect in accordance with the opinions of the specialists in the field of clothing and textiles. 5- there are statistically significant differences between the implemented designs in achieving the innovative aspect in accordance with the opinions of the specialists in the field of clothing and textiles. 6- there are statistically significant differences between the implemented designs in achieving the technical aspect in accordance with the opinions of the specialists in the field of clothing and textiles. 7- there are statistically significant differences between the implemented designs in accordance with the opinions of the specialists in the field of clothing and textiles. 8- there are statistically significant differences between the implemented designs in accordance with the opinions of consumers.
