المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة استخدام التعليم البنائي لدى معلمي مدارس الحلقة الأولى للتعليم الأساسي بمدينة دمشق، وذلك من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتحديد الفروق في إجابات تقدير درجة الاستخدام لدى المعلمين وفق متغيرات المؤهل العلمي (أقل من إجازة جامعية، إجازة جامعية، دبلوم فما فوق) وعدد سنوات الخبرة (خمس سنوات فأقل، ست سنوات فأكثر). وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (350) معلماً ومعلمة في مدينة دمشق للعام الدراسي (2019- 2020). طبقت عليهم الاستبانة بعد تحكيمها والتحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة استخدام معلمي التعليم الأساسي للتعليم البنائي متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين على استبانة استخدام التعليم البنائي وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي، في حين تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفق متغير سنوات الخبرة، وذلك لصالح المعلمين ذوي خبرة (5) سنوات فأقل. وبناءً على نتائج البحث جرى اقتراح إجراء مزيد من الدورات التدريبية لمعلمي المدارس حول استخدام التعليم البنائي، والتقييم المستمر لأدائهم، وتقديم حوافز للمعلمين المتميزين، وإجراء دراسة بحثية حول معوقات استخدام التعليم البنائي.

The aim of the research is to identify the degree of use of constructivist education by teachers of the first cycle schools of basic education in the city of Damascus, from the teachers' point of view, and to determine the differences in the answers to estimating the degree of use of teachers according to educational qualifications (less than a university degree). University degree, diploma and above) and the number of years of experience (five years or less, six years or more). The research sample consisted of (350) male and female teachers in the city of Damascus for the academic year (2019-2020). The questionnaire was applied to them after arbitration and verification of its validity and reliability. The results indicated that degree for the use of constructivist education by teachers was medium, and there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the sample members on the questionnaire on the use of constructivist education according to the variables of educational qualification, while it was found that there are statistically significant differences. At the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the sample members on the questionnaire according to the variable years of experience, in favor of the two scholars with experience (5) years or less. Based on the results of the research, it was suggested to conduct more training courses for school teachers on the use of constructivist education.
