المستخلص: مشكلة البحث: 1- ما الإطار المفاهيمي للجامعة الذكية في الفكر التربوي المعاصر؟ 2- ما ملامح بعض الخبرات الدولية في مجال التحول نحو الجامعة الذكية؟ 3- ما مدى توافر متطلبات تحويل جامعة دمنهور إلى جامعة ذكية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة؟ 4- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة على أداة الدراسة يمكن أن تعزي لمتغيرات: طبيعة الكلية، الدرجة الوظيفية، عدد سنوات الخبرة؟ 5- ما التصور المقترح لتحويل جامعة دمنهور إلى جامعة ذكية في ضوء بعض الخبرات الدولية؟ أهداف البحث: استهدف البحث الحالي عرض بعض الأدبيات الحديثة ذات الصلة بقضية الجامعة الذكية، وكذا عدد من الخبرات الدولية في هذا المجال ومدى الاستفادة منها، وتحديد مدى توافر متطلبات تحويل جامعة دمنهور إلى جامعة ذكية من خلال آراء عينة البحث حول مجالات الجامعة الذكية الأربع وهي: البنية التحتية الذكية، الموارد البشرية الذكية، بيئة التعليم والتعلم الذكية، والقيادة الذكية، والاستفادة من الخبرات الدولية والدراسات السابقة ونتائج الدراسة الميدانية في وضع تصور مقترح لتحويل جامعة دمنهور إلى جامعة ذكية. * منهج البحث: استخدم الباحث "المنهج الوصفي التحليلي". * عينة البحث: تكونت من (159) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة بجامعة دمنهور. * أداة الدراسة الميدانية: تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (40) عبارة في أربع مجالات للجامعة الذكية. نتائج الدراسة الميدانية: * البنية التحية الذكية تتوافر بدرجة ضعيفة كمتطلب لتحويل جامعة دمنهور إلى جامعة ذكية. * الموارد البشرية الذكية تتوافر بدرجة متوسطة كمتطلب لتحويل جامعة دمنهور إلى جامعة ذكية. * بيئة التعليم والتعلم الذكية تتوافر بدرجة متوسطة كمتطلب لتحويل جامعة دمنهور إلى جامعة ذكية. * القيادة الذكية تتوافر بدرجة متوسطة كمتطلب لتحويل جامعة دمنهور إلى جامعة ذكية. مقترحات الدراسة: تم وضع تصور مقترح لتحويل جامعة دمنهور إلى جامعة ذكية في ضوء بعض الخبرات الدولية.

The Research Problem: 1. What is the conceptual framework of the smart university in contemporary educational thought? 2. What are the features of some international experiences in the field of transformation towards a smart university? 3. What is the availability of the requirements for transforming Damanhour University into a smart university from the point of view of faculty members and the supporting staff? 4. Are there statistically significant differences at the level (α ≥ 0.05) between the averages of the sample's estimates on the study tool that can be attributed to the variables: the nature of the faculty, the job degree, and the number of years of experience? 5. What is the proposed scenario for transforming Damanhour University into a smart university in the light of some international experiences? The Research Objectives: The current research aims to present some recent review of literature related to the issue of the smart university, as well as a number of international experiences in this field. It also seeks to uncover what extent they are used and determine the availability of the requirements for transforming Damanhour University into a smart university through the opinions of the research sample on the four areas of the smart university; namely: smart infrastructure , smart human resources, smart teaching and learning environment and smart leadership. Benefiting from international experiences, previous studies and the results of the field study, this study will develop a proposed vision to transform Damanhour University into a smart university. * The Methodology: The research has used the analytical descriptive method. * The Sample: The research sample consists of (159) faculty members and the supporting staff at Damanhour University. * The Field Study Tool: A questionnaire consisting of (40) statements was built in four areas of the smart university. Findings: * The smart infrastructure is poorly available as a requirement for transforming Damanhur University into a smart university. * Smart human resources are available to a medium degree as a requirement for transforming Damanhour University into a smart university. * The smart teaching and learning environment is moderately available as a requirement for transforming Damanhour University into a smart university. * Smart leadership is available to a medium degree as a requirement for transforming Damanhour University into a smart university. The Study Proposals: A proposed vision has been developed to transform Damanhour University into a smart university in the light of some international experiences.
