المستخلص: Marketisation of universities, valorization of public research, entrepreneurship, etc.- terms which mean that the university must intervene positively and without delay in the immediate and direct creation of value. The ministerial decree n°1275 of 27 September 2022 on the mechanism- one diploma/ one startup, aims to help and accompany graduates of higher education institutions who have transformed their innovative projects into startups. This study will look at the impact of this decree in the university ecosystem and the new approach of the university degree, where the student will become a job creator and the university a wealth producer in the knowledge economy, and thus contribute to the socio-economic development of the country.

Marchéisation des universités, valorisation de la recherche publique, entrepreneurialité, etc. termes qui signifient que l’université doit intervenir positivement et sans tarder dans la création immédiate et directe de valeur. L'arrêté ministériel n°1275 du 27 septembre 2022 portant sur le mécanisme -un diplôme/une startup, vise à aider et accompagner les diplômés des établissements d'enseignement supérieur ayant transformé leurs projets innovants en startups. Cette étude se penchera essentiellement sur l’impact de ce décret dans l’écosystème universitaire et la nouvelle approche du diplôme universitaire, où l’étudiant deviendra un créateur d’emploi et l’université productrice de richesse dans l’économie du savoir, et contribuer ainsi au développement socioéconomique du pays.
