المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور المشرف التربوي في تطبيق الإشراف التربوي المدمج بمراحله الثلاث (قبل الزيارة الإشرافية- أثناء الزيارة الإشرافية- بعد الزيارة الإشرافية)، والتعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الإشراف التربوي المدمج (التنظيمية والإدارية- البشرية والفنية- المادية والتقنية) في التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة، والتعرف على المهارات المهنية والمعرفية والتقنية اللازم توفرها لممارسي الإشراف التربوي المدمج. اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ لاعتباره المنهج المناسب والأكثر ملائمة لطبيعة هذا البحث. استخدم الباحثان استبانتين إلكترونيتين إحداهما تخص المشرف التربوي والأخرى خاصة بالمعلم لمعرفة التوافق بين إجابات الطرفين لتحديد نقاط الخلل في الاستفادة منها لجعل نموذج الإشراف التربوي المدمج أسلوباً فعالاً. تكونت عينة البحث من (278) مشرفاً تربوياً فنياً، و(13101) معلماً لجميع المراحل التعليمية. تم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (spss) لتحليل ومعالجة البيانات، حيث تم استخدام التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والمتوسط الحسابي، والانحرافات المعيارية. وأسفرت أهم نتائج البحث عن: إن أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمين وافقوا على أن المشرف التربوي له دوراً في تطبيق الإشراف التربوي المدمج بمراحله الثلاث في التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة بدرجة كبيرة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.69) ونسبة موافقة بلغت (73.8%).إن أفراد عينة البحث من المشرفين التربويين وافقوا على تطبيق متطلبات الإشراف التربوي المدمج (التنظيمية والإدارية- البشرية والفنية- المادية والتقنية) في التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة متوافرة بدرجة كبيرة، بمتوسط حسابي (4.18) ونسبة موافقة بلغت (83.7%).أن أفراد عينة البحث من المشرفين التربويين وافقوا على المهارات المهنية والمعرفية والتقنية اللازم توفرها لممارسي الإشراف التربوي المدمج بدرجة كبيرة جداً، بمتوسط حسابي (4.27) ونسبة موافقة بلغت (85.5%).وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحثان عدداً من التوصيات أهمها: المزج بين الأساليب الإشرافية التقليدية والإلكترونية حسب البيئة التعليمية. الاستثمار الأمثل للمنصات التعليمية. المزج بين التعليم الحضوري والتعليم المتزامن والتعليم غير المتزامن. ضرورة متابعة مستجدات التعليم والتطورات التربوية والتعليمية والتقنية المتجددة ومستجدات الاتصال الإلكترونية التي تؤكد أهمية التوجه نحو تطبيق الإشراف التربوي المدمج كأحد الخيارات الاستراتيجية في الممارسات الإشرافية.

This research aims to: Identify the role of educational supervisors in implementing the integrated educational supervision in its three stages (before the supervisory visit- during the supervisory visit- after the supervisory visit), and to identify the requirements of implementing the integrated educational supervision (organizational and administrative requirements- human and technical requirements- material and technical requirements) in public education in Al- Medinah And to identify the professional, cognitive and technical skills required for practitioners of integrated educational supervision. The researchers adopted the descriptive survey method. Because it is the most appropriate method for the nature of this study. The researchers used two electronic questionnaires, one for the educational supervisor and the other for the teacher, to find out the compatibility between the answers of the two parties to determine the points of defect in making use of the integrated educational supervision model an effective method. The study sample consisted of (278) educational supervisors, and (13101) teachers of all educational levels.After collecting and reviewing questionnaires from the members of the study sample, the statistical packages (SPSS) program was used to analyze and process the data, where frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, and standard deviations were used. The Results: The most important results of the study are: 1. The study sample members (teachers) agreed to the role of the educational supervisor in applying the integrated educational supervision in its three stages in general education in Al-Madinah, with a mean of (3.69) and an approval rate of (73.8%). 2. The members of the study sample (educational supervisors) agreed to apply the requirements of integrated educational supervision (organizational, administrative- human, technical, material and technical) in public schools in Al-Madinah to a large extent, with an average of (4.18) and an approval rate of (83.7%). 3. The members of the study sample (educational supervisors) agreed on the professional, cognitive and technical skills that should be available to practitioners of integrated educational supervision to a very large degree, with an average of (4.27) and an approval rate of (85.5%).In light of the results, the researchers made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: 1. Mixing between traditional and electronic supervisory methods according to the educational environment. 2. The optimal investment of the educational platforms. 3. Combining between face-to-face education, synchronous education, and asynchronous education. 4. The necessity of following up the latest educational and technological developments, and developments in electronic communication, which emphasize the importance of moving towards implementing the integrated educational supervision as one of the strategic options in supervisory practices.
