المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء ميثاق أخلاقي لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال البحث التربوي، وذلك من خلال التعرف إلى مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي وخصائصه، وأهميته، وملامح وأخلاقيات استخدامه في البحث التربوي، وصولا إلى أبعاد مقترحة للميثاق الأخلاقي لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث التربوي، استنادًا إلى مبررات نابعة من مجال البحث التربوي ذاته، ومن خصوصية الواقع الثقافي للمجتمعات العربية والإسلامية، مع ضرورة ارتباط العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية في ملاحقتها للتطورات التكنولوجية، بأيديولوجية المجتمع العربي، في محاولة لتعظيم الاستفادة من إيجابيات وإمكانات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتوجيهه لخدمة الباحثين وقضايا المجتمع. واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث. وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى أن أهم أبعاد الميثاق الأخلاقي هي: مراعاة خصوصية الباحثين والمفحوصين، وتوافر الموثوقية والأمان في استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث التربوي، والمؤسسية في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، واستثمار تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم التواصل بين المؤسسات البحثية والمجتمع.

The current research aims to build an ethical charter for the use of artificial intelligence in educational research, by identifying the concept of artificial intelligence, its characteristics, importance, features and ethics of its use in educational research, leading to proposed dimensions of the ethical charter for the use of artificial intelligence in educational research, based on justifications stemming from the field of educational research itself, and from the specificity of the cultural reality of Arab and Islamic societies, with the need for the humanities and social sciences in their pursuit of technological developments, to be linked to the ideology of Arab society, in An attempt to maximize the benefit of the positives and potential of artificial intelligence, and direct it to serve researchers and community issues.The current research relies on the descriptive analytical approach, to suit the nature of the research. The results showed that the most important dimensions of the ethical charter are: Considerate the privacy of researchers and examiners, the availability of reliability and safety in the use of artificial intelligence tools in educational research, Institutionalizing the use of artificial intelligence, and investing in artificial intelligence applications in supporting communication between research institutions and society.
