المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة إيضاح إسهامات التدخل المبكر، الذي تقدمه مؤسسة حضرموت للتوحد، وجمعية الطموح للمعاقات حركيا للأطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من قبل العاملين أنفسهم. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونه من (42) فقرة، موزعة على أربعة محاور إسهامات التدخل- مدى توفير إسهامات التدخل- الصعوبات التي تعيق التدخل المبكر- مقترحات لتحسين عمل التدخل المبكر)، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين المرتبطين بالأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مع اختلاف اختصاصاتهم، والبالغ عددهم (30) عاملا في مؤسسة حضرموت للتوحد، وجمعية الطموح للمعاقات حركيا للعام الجامعي 2022/2023، وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن الآتي: 1- أن فاعلية إسهامات التدخل المبكر للأطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة المقدمة من العاملين بدرجة مرتفعة في تفعيل دور الأسرة وتحقيق الإرشاد والتنمية للأطفال، ودرجة متوسطة في تحقيق التطور النهائي لهم؛ لكون هذه الفئة تحتاج المجهود وتخصص تفتقر إليها مؤسسات البحث. 2- تقتصر خدمات التدخل المبكر التي يقدمها العاملون على التعليم والاهتمام بالطفل في نقله وتفهمه، ويفتقر إلى التدخل المبكر الواسع والمتابعة غير المنقطعة، وتكمن أهم الصعوبات في الحاجة الملحة لتوفر متخصصين في عملية الكشف المبكر للأطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

The study aimed to clarify the contributions of the early intervention provided by Hadramout foundation for Autism and the AL-Tamouh Association for the physically Handicapped to children with special needs by the workers themselves To achieve the aim of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (42) items was developed, distributed on four axes [intervention contributions- the extent to which intervention, contributions- the extent to which intervention contributions are provided- difficulties that hinder early intervention- proposals to improve early intervention work]. The analytical descriptive approach was used in this study. The study population consisted of all workers associated with children with special needs, with different specializations, and they numbered (30) workers in the Hadramout foundation for Autism and the AL- Tamouh Association for physically Handicapped for the academic year 2022/2023. The results of the study reveal the following: - The effectiveness of the contributions of early intervention for children with special needs provided by workers with a high degree inactivating the role of the family and achieving guidance and development for children and a medium degree in achieving the final development for them because this category needs quality and specialization that research institutions lack. - The early intervention services provided by those working in education and caring for the child are limited to his transfer and understanding, and it lacks extensive early intervention and uninterrupted follow-up. The most important difficulties lie in the urgent need to provide specialists for the early detection process for children with special needs.
