المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى قياس فاعلية وحدة مقترحة في ضوء متطلبات الاقتصاد المعرفي، في إكساب مهارات التربية الريادية لطلبة قسم الفيزياء بكلية التربية جامعة الحديدة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي؛ لبناء الوحدة المقترحة القائمة على متطلبات الاقتصاد المعرفي، كما تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي، القائم على تصميم المجموعة الواحدة بقياس قبلي وبعدي، للكشف عن فاعلية تدريس الوحدة المقترحة في إكساب مهارات التربية الريادية لطلبة قسم الفيزياء بكلية التربية الحديدة، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من طلبة المستوى الرابع بقسم الفيزياء كلية التربية الحديدة البالغ عددهم (10) طلبة، هم جميع الطلبة في مجتمع البحث، وقد تم تدريس الوحدة المقترحة القائمة على اقتصاد المعرفة لأفراد مجموعة البحث خلال الفصل الأول من العام الجامعي (2022/2023م)، كما قام الباحث بإعداد اختبار لمهارات التربية الريادية تكون من (36) سؤالاً، ثم تطبيقه قبلياً وبعدياً على أفراد مجموعة البحث، وقد تمثلت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث في الآتي: وجود فاعلية لتدريس الوحدة المقترحة في إكساب مهارات الريادية للطلبة المعلمين بقسم الفيزياء. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطات رتب درجات الطلبة في مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي على مستوى الاختبار ككل بجزأيه: (الاختيار من متعدد والمفتوح)، ولأربع مهارات من مهارات التربية الريادية، حيث بلغت قيمة (Z) على مستوى الاختبار ككل بجزأيه، على الترتيب (2.807 و 2.812). عدم وجود دلالة إحصائية للفروق بين رتب متوسطات الطلبة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لمهارتين من مهارات التربية الريادية، هما: مهارة تنفيذ الدراسات الاستطلاعية، ومهارة تقييم الفائدة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للأفكار. بلغت قيمة حجم أثر دراسة الوحدة المقترحة في إكساب مهارات التربية الريادية للطلبة معلمي الفيزياء على مستوى الاختبار ككل بجزأيه (0.89)، وهو حجم أثر كبير، ووجود حجم أثر كبير لدراسة الوحدة المقترحة على مستوى اكتساب الطلبة لمهارات التربية الريادية، باستثناء مهارة واحدة جاء حجم الأثر لها متوسطاً، وهي مهارة تنفيذ الدراسات الاستطلاعية في سوق العمل. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم وضع العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات.

This research aimed to measure the effectiveness of a proposed unit in light of the knowledge economy in providing entrepreneurial education skills to Physics Department students, Faculty of Education, Hodeidah University. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was followed to form the proposed unit in light of the requirements a knowledge economy. In addition, the one group design quasi-experimental approach was utilized, with pre and post measurement in order to explore the effectiveness of teaching the proposed unit in acquiring entrepreneurial education skills for students the Physics Department at the Faculty of Education, Hodeidah. The research sample consisted of the fourth level students of the Department of Physics, Faculty of Education, Hodeidah who are (10) Students in total The proposed module has been taught for the group members in light of the knowledge economy requirements during the first semester of the academic year (2022/2023) Besides, the researcher also prepared a test of the entrepreneurial education skills from (36) questions. The test has been applied before and after the experiment. The most important findings of the research were as follows: There is an effectiveness of teaching the proposed unit in providing entrepreneurial education skills for student teachers in the Department of Physics. There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the students in the research sample in the pre and post implementations in favor of the post application at the level of the test as a whole at both parts, and for four skills of entrepreneurial education skills, where the (Z) value at the level of the test as a whole, In its two parts (multiple choice and essay test), respectively: (2.807 and 2.812). There are no statistical significant differences between the ranks of students' averages in the pre and post implementation of two skills of entrepreneurial education, namely: the skill of implementing survey studies, and the skill of assessing the economic and social value of ideas. The value of the impact size of the proposed unit on students' acquisition of entrepreneurial education skills of physics teachers at the level of the test as a whole in its both parts, was (0.89), which indicates a large effect size. It is also found that there is a large effect size of the proposed study unit on the level of students' acquisition of entrepreneurial education skills except one skill, the size of which is average. In light of these results, many recommendations and suggestions were recorded.
