هدفت الدراسة رصد بعض انعكاسات التعددية في التعليم قبل الجامعي على العدالة الاجتماعية وكيفية مواجهتها، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة قوامها (205) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم في كليات التربية بجامعة المنصورة، وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدة مقترحات للحد من انعكاسات التعددية في التعليم قبل الجامعي على العدالة الاجتماعية، منها: اعتماد أساليب القبول على معيار الكفاءة والجدارة العلمية والشخصية، بما يتناسب مع طبيعة كل مجال دراسي دون النظر إلى الفوارق الطبقية أو الثقافة أو العقائدية، قيام أساليب التعليم وبرامج التقويم على التنوع والعدالة ومراعاة الفروق الفردية وقدرتها على بناء شخصيات قادرة على ممارسة الديمقراطية الصحيحة، اعتماد المناهج على آمال وطموحات التلاميذ وحاجات البيئة ومطالب التنمية، تطبيق المجانية الكاملة لغير القادرين من المتفوقين، تحديد الرسوم الدراسية وفقا للمستوى الاقتصادي لأسرة الطالب، استخدام نظم الكوبونات التي تقدم للوالدين في تناسب عكسي مع مستويات دخلهم، إعادة النظر في مبدأ توزيع الكتب المدرسية بالمجان للقادرين، زيادة الموارد المالية بفرض ضرائب خاصة على المصانع والشركات لمساعدة الفقراء في التعليم.
The study aimed to monitor some of the repercussions of pluralism in pre-university education on social justice and how to confront it. The study used the descriptive approach. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (205) faculty members and their assistants in the faculties of education at Mansoura University. The study concluded with several proposals to reduce the repercussions of pluralism.
