يتكون البحث من خمسة أبواب الأول يمثل التعريف بالبحث ومنه تناول مقدمة البحث وأهميته التي أشار فيها الباحثون إلى الأهمية النظرية فيما ينتجه البحث من الإضافة المعرفية النظرية حول المفهوم النفسي لعمليات ما وراء معرفة الذكاء الوجداني للحكام في الجانب الرياضي كما إن الأهمية التطبيقية تستوضح من خلال بناء وتطبيق مقياس العمليات ما وراء معرفة الذكاء الوجداني للحكام في الجانب الرياضي ومشكلة البحث تمثلت في السؤال الاتي : إلى أي مستوى يمكن إن يجيد الحكم العراقي في كرة القدم عمليات ما وراء معرفة الذكاء الوجداني ؟ ومنه حدد هدفا للبحث الأول: بناء مقياس مستوى العمليات ما وراء معرفة الذكاء الوجداني لحكام كرة القدم والثاني : التعرف عن مستوى العمليات ما وراء معرفة الذكاء الوجداني لحكام كرة القدم بين محافظات العراق ومن ذلك حدد أربعة فرضيات واحدة عامه وثلاث فرعية كما حدد في البحث مجالاته ومصطلحات البحث التي تمثلت في : (ما وراء المعرفة - الذكاء الوجداني - عمليات ما وراء المعرفة الوجداني) ثم بين الباب الثاني للبحث الإطار النظري والدراسات ذات العلاقة . في حين الباب الثالث استعمل الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدراسات المعيارية والدراسات المقارنة في المقارنات لمجتمع البحث وعينته البالغة (٩٠) حكما موزعين على النحو الاتي : المحافظات الشمالية (٤٣) ومحافظات الفرات الأوسط (٣١) والمحافظات الجنوبية (16). كما تم بناء مقياس العمليات ما وراء معرفة الذكاء الوجداني من خلال رؤية (Jost . Kruglanski &Nelson 1998) وقدم مكونات حول ما وراء المعرفة الاجتماعية وما وضح كل من (Brinol &Petty &Rucker 2006) في العلاقة بين ما وراء المعرفة بصفة خاصة والذكاء الوجداني ومن ثم استخرج الصدق الظاهري للمكونات وعدد فقرات المقياس والتحليل المنطقي لها كما تم حساب الخصائص السيكومترية للفقرات في القوة التمييزية للفقرات و صدق الفقرات والخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس في الصدق الظاهري و صدق البناء ومن ثم ثبات المقياس بطريقتين طريقة إعادة الاختبار بنسبة (0.72)و معادلة ألفا كرونباخ للثبات بنسبة (0.66) ومن هذا يتكون المقياس من (15) فقرة سيقت بأسلوب التقريرات اللفظية الايجابية وبخيارات من نوع (ثلاثي) على النحو الآتي : (تمثلني - تمثلني إلى حد ما - لا تمثلني) وباستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية من مثل : (مربع كأي- الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة -الاختبار التائي لعينتين - معامل ارتباط بيرسون) كما إن الباب الرابع تم التوصل للنتائج الآتية : (حكام في محافظات العراق يمارسون بشكل أو أخر عمليات ما وراء معرفة الذكاء الوجداني وذلك يعود للخبرة الميدانية و إن حكام كرة القدم في الفرات الأوسط يمارسون عمليات ما وراء معرفة الذكاء الوجداني أفضل من المحافظات الشمالية كما إن لا يوجد دلالة إحصائية بين المحافظات الشمالية والمحافظات الجنوبية و إن محافظات الفرات الأوسط أفضل من المحافظات الجنوبية) ومن الباب الخامس تم التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والاقتراحات ذات العلاقة. \
