المستخلص: Most of the studies concluded that children actually prefer the program directed to adults, rather than those directed to children. Beside, the children programs don’t consider the problem of children and from different socioeconomic class and they lack the strategy and orientation. Most of this studies also concluded that children are attracted to thrill and violent movies and also to religious programs presented on satellite channels. Experts assure the necessity of focusing on the content of the program wich are presented to the children and also the well-planning for this programs. Firstly, this paper emphasizes the important of the specifying the objectives of the program directed to children and focusing on who to help children to develop such characteristics as : Persistency - self assurance - rational thinking - talking responsibility - participation. Second it focuses on that these programs should imply the concepts of democracy, cooperation, altruism and decision - making skills, and that they should give more attention to increasing parental inside about issues related to physical, social and psychological well fare of children.
