المستخلص: The phenomenon of forced displacement procedure of the people Became a very wide case that affects many countries in various parts of the world, and often this displacement is done by violence, war or international armed conflicts, whether international or internal conflicts, internal ciaos among certain groups of the population. This as well as natural disasters, such as earthquakes or floods, or may be due to man-made causes,like nuclear weapons and chemical warfare, which in turn lead to individuals forced migration within countries, leaving their homes and search for alternative accommodation to be safe from these reasons. In spite of the increasing numbers of IDPs in their own countries, year after year, but they still don’t enjoy the required international protection. \
