إيمانا من الباحث بمرونة التراث العربي، وثرائه، وتنوعه بما يمكن المتلقي عبر كل العصور أن يدخل إليه بآليات قرائية حديثة ومناهج مستجدة، فيسبر غوره ويصل إلى ما يصل إيماناً من الباحث بمرونة التراث العربي، وثرائه، وتنوعه بما يمكن المتلقي عبر كل العصور أن يدخل إليه بآليات قرائية حديثة ومناهج مستجدة، فيسبر غوره ويصل إلى ما لم يصل إليه من سبقوه حيث توقفت جهودهم أمام النصوص، بما وفرته مناهج عصرهم من آليات محددة ومحدودة؛ تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تفعيل نظرية الحجاج لقراءة نص تراثي قديم في كتاب العمدة لابن رشيق القيرواني. وخصت باب شفاعات الشعراء وتحريضهم؛ فالشفاعة والتحريض موضوعان مهملان في الدرس النقدي، ولما كانا في طبيعتهما الأصلية يقومان على الحجاج الخالص؛ درست آليات الحجاج الحديثة مطبقاً عليهما من حيث أركان الموقف الحجاجي: المرسل، والمستقبل، والخطاب، وآلياته الأساسية كالعنوان، وترتيب الأقسام، والروابط الحجاجية، والهيكل الحجاجي، والأدلة والبراهين، والصور الحجاجية، والدور الحجاجي للإيقاع الموسيقي فضلاً عن اللغة الحجاجية التي تعتمد على التكرار بأشكاله المختلفة، والحجاج السردي عن طريق المراوغة بين المتن الحكائي والمبني الحكائي. ثم يصل البحث إلى مدى توفيق الشعراء في الوصول إلى درجة النجاعة التي هي الهدف الأسمى من كل حوار حجاجي. وتوقفت الدراسة أمام نصين ممثلين لتوجهها ومقصدها؛ هما نص قتيلة بنت النضر بن الحارث في شفاعتها لأبيها أما النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ونص محمد بن عبد الملك الزيات محرضاً الخليفة المأمون ضد عمه إبراهيم بن المهدي. \
The poet's Argument satisfying and Arguing since the researchers believes in flexibility, richness and variety of Arabian Heritage in a way that enables the receiver along all ages to get into it through modem reading techniques and strategies and new syllabuses so that he can get deeper in it and realize what others have never realized since their efforts had stopped at the texts with the limited techniques available at their age. This study seeks to activate the argument theory to read an old heritage text in A1 Omda book by Bin Rasheeq A1 Qairawany. I confined my research in the poets' satisfaction and arguing since these two subjects are neglected in the criticism study. For these two subjects are basically based on the pure argument, I studied the modem argument techniques applying the pillars of the argument situation. The sender, the receiver and giving a speech and its basic techniques such as the title, the order of parts, the argument conjunctions, the argumental imagination, the argumental role of rhythem in addition to the argumental language which depends on the narrative repetition in its varied forms and the narrative argument through the variety from the narrative text and the narrative structure, then the research shows what extent the poets have achieved effectiveness which is the ultimate goal for each argumental conversation. The research has studied two quoted texts for their intentions, namly Qotillah Bint Al Nadhr Bin Al Harith in her satisfaction of her father for the prophet Mohamed peace be upon him and Mohamed Bin Abdul Malek Azzaiat rguing Alkhalifa Al Maamon against his uncle Ibrahim Bin Al Mahdy. \
