|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاستراتيجيات المهمة لجامعة فلسطينية نوعية متميزة تستوعب مستحدثات التكنولوجيا المعلوماتية والرقمية المعاصرة، وذلك من وجهة نظر عينة من أعضاء هيئات التدريس في الجامعات الفلسطينية، أعد لهذا الغرض استبانة مكونة من (35) فقرة موزعة في مجالين هما: مجال إستراتيجيات إنتاج المعرفة المتميزة وإدارتها وتوظيفها، ومجال إستراتيجيات استخدام التعليم التقني المتميز وإنتاجه وإدارتها وتوظيفه، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات) لهذه الاستبانة تم تطبيقه، على أفراد الدراسة الذين اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية متيسرة من الجامعات الفلسطينية والبالغ عددهم (180) عضو هيئة تدريس . وبعد تحليل البيانات اللازمة أظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: \ 1.\ إن الإستراتيجيات الخمسة الأكثر أهمية التي حددها أعضاء هيئة التدريس لجامعة فلسطينية نوعية في مجال إنتاج المعرفة المتميزة وإدارتها وتوظيفه كانت على النحو الآتي: دعم التعليم الإلكتروني والمكتبة الإلكترونية والنشر الإلكتروني، وتجهيز البنى التحتية للمعرفة المعلوماتية، واستقطاب الكفاءات المتميزة في مجال صناعة المعرفة المتطورة وإدارتها وتوظيفه، والتدريب المستمر للهيئات الإدارية والأكاديمية في الجامعة لتحسين عملهم وتطويره، المتابعة الحثيثة والمستمرة لإنشاء تخصصات جديدة تفي بمفهوم المعرفة المستجدة عالميا وفي جميع المجالات. \ 2.\ أما الإستراتيجيات الخمسة الأكثر أهمية التي حددها أعضاء هيئة التدريس لجامعة فلسطينية نوعية في مجال استخدام التعليم التقني المتميز وإنتاجه وإدارته وتوظيفه فقد كانت على النحو الآتي: تأهيل كفاءات من أعضاء هيئة التدريس لتلبية متطلبات التدريس والبحث في الجامعة الافتراضية، تجهيز بنية تحتية تقنية فائقة عمادها وسائل الاتصال بالشبكات العالمية والمحلية من خلال شبكة الإنترنت، وتطبيق أنظمة التعليم والتعلم التقني كالتعليم الإلكتروني والحاسوبي وغيره، وتوفير جميع التجهيزات والوسائل المناسبة للاستخدام التقني كالبرمجيات والوسائط والطابعات والماسحات الرقمية والأجهزة المتطورة حاسوبياً، وتوفير حوافز مادية ومعنوية للمتميزين من الطلبة والهيئات الإدارية والأكاديمية. \ 3.\ عدم وجود فروق إحصائية دالة في تحديد الإستراتيجيات لجامعة فلسطينية نوعية متميزة تستوعب مستحدثات التكنولوجيا المعلوماتية والرقمية المعاصرة تعزى للمتغير موضع البحث وهي الجنس والتخصص والمؤهل العلمي؛ سواء ما يخص إنتاج المعرفة المتميزة وإدارتها وتوظيفها، أو استخدام التعليم التقني المتميز وإنتاجه وإدارته وتوظيفه، أو المجموع الكلي
|b This study aimed to identify strategies to Palestinian university a distinctive quality to accommodate innovations of information technology and digital conte -porary, from the perspective of a sample of faculty members in the Palestinian un - versities, are prepared for this purpose a questionnaire consisting of (35) distributed to two domains: the domain of production strategies, the management and utiliztion knowledge of excellence, and the domain of strategies for use, production, ma - agement and utilization of technical education is excellent, and after confirmation of the psychometric properties (validity and reliability) of this questionnaire has been applied to members of the study who were chosen randomly accessible from the Palestinian universities, who are (180) faculty member. After analyzing the necessary \ . data study showed the following results: \ 1. The most important of the five strategies identified by the faculty members to Palestinian university a distinctive quality to accommodate innovations of i - formation technology and digital contemporary in the domain of production, management and utilization of knowledge were outstanding as follows: Support for e-learning and virtual library and electronic publishing, processing infr - structure for knowledge information, to attract high quality people in the indutry, management and utilization of knowledge developed, continuous training of academic and administrative bodies at the university to improve and develop their, and diligent and continuing to create new disciplines to meet the concept of the emerging global knowledge in all areas. \ 2. The most important of the five strategies identified by the faculty members of the Palestinian university quality in the domain of using, production, maagement and utilization of technical education were outstanding: Training of qualified faculty members to meet the requirements of teaching and research in the virtual university, processing infrastructure founded on superior technical means of communication to global networks and local communities through the Internet, the application of systems of education and technical learning, such as education- mail and computer and other, provide all the equipment and the appropriate means to use technical like software and media, printers, scaners, digital hardware and advanced computerized, and provide material and moral incentives for the distinguished students and academic and administrative \ 3.
