المستخلص: The religion Scientists of this nation (Islam), which enlightened the way of guidance for the humanity, Were aware of more than One science of sharriaa , and AL Jawzjany Was One of those Jamous religiou Scientist. Besides , he is a tradition narrator , Juris as well. Anol He was with his Instructor sheikh Ahmed bin Hanbal Inspite of having some Juris Prudential opinions differing from his master alittle for two reasons 1. The books he composwd were Vanished and did not get ko us except few of them. 2. No One of his major student took Care of his written books nor his Juris Prudential opinions. And in this Simple effort in which the researcher tried to gather most of his Juris Prudential opinions and make a comparative study . So the study has been dividcd into fowr chapters. Chapter One is con cerned with the tradition narrator`s personal life , his Career as well, his period or era was one of the most important Periods or eras of his nation even callwd ((the golden era)) or ((the golden epovh)). After that some of his students began ko translate his works, ko other religion Scientists , he was famus for great books in ALHadeeth. Chapter two deals with his opinions about Worships. Chapter three is about his opinions about the personal Possessions Chapter Four is Concerned with his opinions about Sanctions and crimes , the rules of Striving and swags or gains as well What has been gathered about his wisdoms Was thirty three Sayings most of thew were about worships , and what is left is about Other aspects of Juris Prudence. His opinions were khe same as of his master in twenty two Saying , and differ from him in Sixteen sayings.
