The reason behind selecting this title because it can proof and defend sahih albukhary throughout one of his followers by studying filaih bin sulaiman alkhuzai- peace be upon him-in sahih albukhari; because they feel that his method has many weak points. And we have to thank Allah the Almighty after that the consultant of my teachers who help me in selecting this title of this study. Therefore the title of this thesis becomes:Falih bin Sulaiman and his publishing in Sahih Albukhary collecting and studying. This thesis is divided into an introduction, preface and two chapters and an end follows them and bibliography that includes the sources of this thesis. The introduction deals with the most important reasons that lead me to select this title. Chapter one is divided into four section to get full understanding about the writer's life. The first section tackles his personal life, the second section deals with his scientific life, the third one tackles the views of sciences toward his work, the fourth section tackles his work. The second chapter includes the prophetic tradition which shows his importance of his work. This chapter includes two section the first one tackles the prophetic traditions that show his strength, while the second deals with the hadiths that witnessed the importance of his work. The end includes the abstract and the important conclusions. Finally the researcher reaches at the following conclusions: 1.The imam falih bin sulaiman is regarded as one of Al bukhary's narrators although some scientist reject his work. 2.The research reaches at removing all the weak points that are directed to him. 3.The imam's work is regarded very important to show his role in highlighting Albukhary's work. 4.Many religious scientists like abi zaraa and ibin uday and ibib hajar support his views. 5.His work results in 53 Hadiths 11 of them are repeated. And most of these hadiths are reached at regarding degrees and they are divided into full focusing and treating or by witnesses and he does not separate just in three prophetic traditions.
