المستخلص: God gave me a gift that he made me have a passion for the Arabic language, he made me a seeker for it & a searcher in it’s facts, and he helped me to reach to the point I reached nowadays. The most thing that he makes me love is the syntax science & the grammar science, & makes me reach with this art to the specialty, & makes me search in it to get the master degree, so he has all the thanks & gratitude for that. Grammar sciences have been increased in number, but I have no interest in them until I have been honored to study the noble speech. I have been so happy in my research for secrets of prophetic language & celestial fluency that Al-Ainy has mentioned in his explanation of the prophetic speech mentioned in Abi-Daood Alsigistany, may God have mercy on them all. The most important reason for choosing this research is greatness of the scientific object, besides it has not been studied, classified, or viewed before, although that Al-Ainy has great classification that goes worldwide, he wrote in many sciences such as speech, grammar, sound, dictionaries & others, so he was a writer, explainer, critic, & talker, so the name of my study was (The sound & syntax researches at Al-Ainy in his explanation on the manner of Abi-Daood). It’s not hidden from the reader & th meditative that this subject has a great importance from speech side that it showed that the legal judgment may differ by the difference of it’s explanation & by the difference of possible expression, & also it has great importance in showing details of the syntax & how to use the syntax in serving the religion & serving the explanation of the profit speech. The nature of the research makes it coming in 3 sections proceeded by a preface I specialized the first field of it for detailed report about the life of the author (Ado-Daood Sulaiman bin Alashath Alsagistany), While the second field of research of the preface I mentioned the book & the opinion of the science men in it & show his manner in writing & others.

The third field is about Al-Ainy & his life and what is related to his explanation. The first chapter of the research talk about the sound researches that comes in Al-Ainy explanation & comments on Abi-Daood rule. I divide this chapter into 3 fields: - The first is about the first letter (hamza) & what related to it from sound researches. - The second field is about the replacement that comes at Al-Ainy in his explanation & comments. - The third field is about the assimilation that comes in Al-Ainy explanation. The second chapter I talked about the syntax researches that mentioned by Al-Ainy & he was skillful in it, & it was his speciality. So it is divided into 3 fields: - The first field is about the noun researches. - The second field is about some separated matter. - The third field is the closure, I mentioned the most important things I reached in this research. I served the text as much as I can with patience & tolerance, & I have been faithful in my intention to God in giving the effort, so any defect that appears in it I raise the apology banner, & what benefit appears in it, to God all the thanks & favor. The thanks & gratitude is relative to God then to my father & mother, my teachers & I specify Dr. Suhaila Taha Albaiaty who is my supervisor teacher who I’m thankful to her favor & great efforts, so I ask God to raise her worth & increase her knowledge. I also thank all the peoples who guide me & I specialize Dr. Ghanim Kadoory, & from the students my brothers Abd-Alkader & Isam & others, & from my friends Omar Fa’ik & from my family my four brothers. And I ask God to make this work of benefit to the science & scientist & student all the time.
