المستخلص: The speaking anxiety is considering one of psychological and social problems which are represented in speak disability foreground others or escaping from social situations that demanding verbally continuance , absences the class participations and difficult in creating new friendships with same gender or the other gender ; this problem may be leading the individual to feel with isolation , far a way from others and depression . The persons who suffering from the talk concern that may be leading them to arriving to the higher level although which suffer from speaking anxiety foreground others. The current study aiming to the :- 1- forming a scale of the speaking anxiety to the university students. 2- measuring the speaking anxiety to the university students. 3- recognizing the speaking anxiety for university students according to the variables: gender (male , female), grade (first , fourth ) , specialization (scientific , literary). 4- measuring the level of aspiration to the university students . 5- recognizing to the level of aspiration to the university students according to the variables: gender (male , female), grade (first , fourth ) , specialization (scientific , literary). 6- finding the correlation between speaking anxiety and level of aspiration to the university students . And to the achievement for this aims ;the researcher has forming a scale for speaking anxiety which including four domains ; it is ,social domain , psychological domain , physical domain , mental domain .

The scale in it's final form consist from 40 clause and 5 substitutes for each clause ; and extracted the virtual veracity , content veracity , construction and stability veracity for the scale by re – test method that reached to (0.85 degree) and by alpha Gronbach method is reached to (0.84 degree). Either a scale of the level of aspiration ; the researcher depend on Al-Gibari scale (2007) after it was presented to group of the specialists and arbitrators in psychology and education domain to extraction the virtual veracity for it ,and the stability checked by re- test method reached to (0.83 degree). The two scales applied on the randomly caste sample reached to 400 pupils (from both gender), and to purpose the statistical data treatment , the researcher used Q-square , T-test , Berson correlation coefficient , Tri variance analysis , and Sheveh test ; for multi comparisons depending on SPSS program. The results showed the following :- 1- the individuals of sample from university students have the speaking anxiety . 2- non- significant difference in speaking anxiety to the university students according to the gender. 3- there is a significant difference in speaking anxiety to students according to the specialization and grade variables . 4- the individuals of sample from university students have level of aspiration. 5- non- significant difference in level of aspiration to students according to the specialization and gender. 6- there is a significant difference in level of aspiration to students according to the grade variable . 7- there is a statistically significant correlation between the speaking anxiety and level of aspiration to the university students , that is mean ; whenever the increasing in the speaking anxiety , increased the level of aspiration . Numbers of recommendations and suggestions concluded by the researcher to completely the requires of the study .
