The prophetical sunnah is regarded the second resource after the noble Koran in the Islamic law. It explains and clearify the noble Koran, for this reason , the prophet sallallahu alayhi wasallam still explain to people till last minutes at his life he left them, on the white clear destination it,s night as it,s day. Allah his glory prepared to this nation ( Islamic nation ) Men at generousity and at grace Who Protect it and defend it till they transport it for Us, this it Was transported from age to anther. They do thier best topurfy it and to dismiss each and any foreigner. The end Praise for God who by His blessing the Virtuous is completed. Peace and blessing at our lord upon mohammed sallallahu alayhi wasallam.

Through our stady and research We fond our that the Chief (imam) Araak bin malik God may mercy Conclusion : 1. Had been attributed to more than on trace such as Madani and Shaymi to show his birth and places he traveled to stay. And through our stady to his narrations in the Nine books stady and analyses. 2. More than one had praises and thanks him showing his trust and faith fulness and truth at his tamouse, Among the relegion scientist and chiefs and maintainers Memory they said He is trusty and truthful. 3. The stady consists the narrations of Araak Ibn malik god bless him (31) of the prophet says (Hadeeth) with out repeation (15) at them in Worshiping god, and (16) at them in treatment and personal states. 4. It was narrated from him by those at Nine books (91) ascriptions, Imam Al bukhri (13) ascriptions, and Imam muslim (17) ascriptions, and Imam Abu – Dawood (7) ascriptions, and Imam Al termidi (1) ascriptions, and Imam Al Nisaee In his sunnan that called (Al mujutaba) (18) ascriptions, and Imam Ibn maja (3) ascriptions, and Imam Adarmee (1) ascriptions, and Imam malik in his mouto (2) ascriptions, and Imam Ahmed in his mousnad (29) ascriptions. And were as the following : - 1. (64) True ascriptions. 2. (23) Goog ascriptions. 3. (4) Weak ascriptions.
