هدف البحث الي الكشف عن واقع الاستفادة من مصادر شبكة الإنترنت في مجال تطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال. واستخدم المنهج المسح الوصفي. لتوضيح الأساليب التي دعت إلى ضرورة الاستفادة من الإنترنت في التنمية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال. والخدمات التي توفرها تلك التقنية. والصعوبات التي تعيق استخدامها في هذا المجال. وتحديد الآليات التدريبية التي تؤدي إلى زيادة الاستفادة من الخدمات التي تقدمها شبكة الإنترنت وتطبيقاتها في مجال تطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمات رياض الأطفال. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 100 معلمة رياض أطفال بمحافظة القاهرة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة جمع معلومات لفرضيات البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى عدم وجود فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في درجة استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال للخدمات التي تقدمها شبكة الانترنت وتطبيقاتها في مجال تطوير الأداء المهني تبعا لاختلاف التخصص الأكاديمي. وعدم وجود فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في درجة استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال للخدمات التي تقدمها شبكة الانترنت وتطبيقاتها في مجال تطوير الأداء المهني تبعا لاختلاف المؤهل الدراسي. عدم وجود فرق دال احصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في درجة استخدام معلمات رياض الأطفال للخدمات التي تقدمها شبكة الانترنت وتطبيقاتها في مجال تطوير الأداء المهني تبعا لاختلاف سنوات الخبرة في مجال التعليم. وأوصى البحث بضرورة توفير البرامج التدريبية والتطويرية الفاعلة التي يجب أن تصمم وفق الاحتياجات التطويرية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وتلبي هذه الاحتياجات. وتخطيط وإعداد السياسات والآليات المناسبة من قبل الجهات المختصة لتوظيف استخدام الإنترنت كمصدر مساعد لتدريب وتعليم معلمات رياض الأطفال أثناء الخدمات لمزاولة مهنة التدريس والتطوير المهني. والدمج بين المنهج الدراسي واستخدام الانترنت في التدريس.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The aim of the research is to uncover the reality of utilizing the Internet resources in the field of developing the professional performance of the kindergarten teachers. The descriptive survey was used to illustrate the methods that called for the need to benefit from the Internet in the professional development of the kindergarten teachers, the services which were provided by that technology, the difficulties in their use in this field and identify the training mechanisms that lead to increase the utilization of the services which were provided by the Internet and its applications in the development of the professional performance of the kindergarten teachers. The research group consisted of 100 kindergarten teachers in Cairo governorate. The research tool was in the collection of information for the research hypotheses. The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the level of significance of 0.05 in the use of kindergarten teachers for the services that were provided by the Internet and its applications in the field of the professional development according to the different academic specialization. There was no statistically significant difference at 0.05 level in the use of kindergarten teachers for the services that were provided by the Internet and their applications in the field of professional development according to the different of the academic qualifications. There was no statistically significant difference in the level of significance of the level 0.05 in the use of kindergarten teachers for the services that were provided by the Internet and its applications in the field of the professional development according to the different years of experience in the field of education. The research recommended the need to provide the effective training and development programs that must be designed according to the developmental needs of the kindergarten teachers responding to these needs, as well as planning and preparing the appropriate policies and mechanisms by the competent authorities to employ the use of the Internet as an auxiliary source for the training and education of the kindergarten teachers during the services of the teaching profession and the professional development, the integration of the curriculum and the use of the Internet in teaching.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
