The article aims to reveal the principle of birth control in Islam and its regulations. The article also pointed out that the subject of breeding and procreation multiplication is one of the topics that occupied a big volume in the writings and books of scientists, in past and present, and has captured the minds of people of different levels, because it is closely related to marital life and the stability of the Muslim family. The article also reviewed everything related to reproduction and childbirth and perceiving its concept, in terms of the declaration of the concept of the multiplication and the rules of the use of means of organization. The article also emphasized the concept of the multitude called by Islam in the organization of birth, and the purpose of induction, and the regulation of the organization in observance of the principle of conservation. The article concluded that there are two views on the breeding multiplication, the first is a look at the interest of the nation, which is manifested in a large strong number and the second is a look at the reality of each family to estimate, in accordance with their ability and capacity, how to organize their offspring and care. The imbalance between population growth and food resources will lead to disruption and lack of livelihood. The Code of the Moroccan Family referred to this rule "birth control" in Article 54, in which children were given rights to their parents in their protection and health from conception until reaching adulthood.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن مبدأ حفظ النسل في الإسلام وضوابط تنظيمه. كما أشار المقال إلى أن موضوع تكثير النسل والإنجاب واحد من المواضيع التي شغلت حيزا مهما في كتابات ومؤلفات العلماء، قديما وحديثا، واستحوذ على أذهان الناس من مختلف المستويات، لارتباطه الوثيق بالحياة الزوجية واستقرار الأسرة المسلمة، كما استعرض المقال كل ما يخص الإنجاب والنسل وفهم مقصده، من حيث بيان مفهوم تكثيره وضابط استعمال وسائل تنظيمه، وكذلك أبرز المقال مفهوم الكثرة التي دعا إليها الإسلام في تنظيم النسل، والغاية من الحث عليه، وضوابط تنظيمه مراعاة لمبدأ حفظه. واختتم المقال بأن هناك نظرتين حول تكثير النسل أولاهما نظرة إلى مصلحة الأمة والتي تتجلي في كثرة قوية، وثانيتهما نظرة إلي واقع كل أسرة تقدر فيه حسب استطاعتها وقدرتها في كيفية تنظيم نسلها ورعايته. كما ان عدم التوازن بين الزيادة السكانية والموارد الغذائية سيؤدي إلى خلل ونقص في مقومات العيش. وان مدونة الأسرة المغربية قد التفت إلى هذا الضابط "حفظ النسل" في المادة 54 والتي جاء فيها للأطفال على أبويهم الحقوق في حمايتهم وصحتهم منذ الحمل إلى حين بلوغ سن الرشد.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
