المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق حاضنات الأعمال وعلاقته بدرجة فاعلية تطبيق الميزة التنافسية بجامعة الطائف من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في واقع حاضنات الأعمال تبعاً لاختلاف (الكلية، والرتبة الأكاديمية، وسنوات الخبرة، والحصول على آخر مؤهل). تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الارتباطي، وتم بناء استبانه؛ موزعه على قسمين الأول: حاضنات الأعمال ويتكون من (31) موزعة على المجالات التالية (الشئون التعليمية، والبحث العلمي والاستشارات العلمية، والشراكة المجتمعية وخدمة المجتمع). والثاني الميزة التنافسية. ويتكون من (18) فقرة موزعة على المجالات التالية (المرونة، وأداء العمل، والجودة). وتم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة. وتوصل البحث إلى: 1. أن واقع تطبيق حاضنات الأعمال بجامعة الطائف من وجهة أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.67). 2. أن درجة فاعلية تطبيق الميزة التنافسية من وجهة أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة كبيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.70). 3. وجود علاقة ارتباطيه دالة موجبة جميع مجالات حاضنات الأعمال المختلفة وجميع مجالات الميزة التنافسية والدرجة الكلية دالة عند مستوى (0.01≥ a). 4. وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (0.05≥ a) عند جميع مجالات حاضنات الأعمال، تعزي لمتغيري الكلية والحصول على آخر مؤهل، حيث كانت الفروق لصالح تقديرات الكليات الإنسانية وخريجي الدولة العربية على التوالي. 5. عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية ((0.05≥ a) عند جميع مجالات حاضنات الأعمال، تعزى لمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية، باستثناء الشئون التعليمية. لصالح فئتي (أستاذ مشارك، وأستاذ مساعد)

The research aims to identify the reality of the application of business incubators and its relationship to a degree the effectiveness of the application of competitive advantage Taif University, from the viewpoint of the faculty members. And the disclosure of statistically significant differences between the responses of faculty members in the reality of business incubators depending on the different (college, academic rank, years of experience, and get the latest qualified). Was used descriptive analytical method Correlative, was built questionnaire; distributed on the first two parts: business incubators and consists of (31) distributed on the following areas (educational affairs, scientific research and scientific advice, and community partnership and community service). The second competitive advantage. It consists of 18 items distributed on the following areas (flexibility, and performance of the work, and quality). It has been confirmed validity and reliability of the tool. The researcher concluded: 1. The fact that the application of business incubators at the University of Taif from the point of faculty members came medium with a mean (2.67). 2. The degree of effectiveness of the application of competitive advantage from the point of faculty members came largely a mean (3.70). 3. The existence of a positive correlation function relationship all areas of various business incubators and all areas of competitive advantage and total score function at the level of (a< 0.01) 4. There are significant differences at the level of statistical significance (a < 0.05) when all areas of business incubators, due to the variables of the college and get another qualification, where the differences for the benefit of humanity colleges and graduates of the Arab state estimates respectively 5. lack of statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (a < 0.05) when all areas of business incubators, due to the variable of academic rank, with the exception of educational affairs. For the benefit of the two categories (associate professor, and assistant professor).
