المستخلص: The research deals with Bin Abad Al Wazir Al Buaihi’s character died in 385 H and his era .the research consists of two chapters, the first chapter dealt: the name of the minister, his descent and his surname ,then his private, literature and doctrine life, where the second chapter concentrates on his political and military life and his relationship with (Samanids ) ,state supporter and state honor ( two Samanids ministers) ,the research ends with his death and poets tribute ,the two researchers depended in this research on many various sources and they are two parts: the first one is the literature sources like scholars dictionary for (Yaquoot Al Hamawy),Al Tha’alibi various literature writings and Al Raghib Al Asfahani books, and the other part is the historian sources ,like (Nations experiences ) and (The complete History) books and also on interpreter books like (Elite deaths) and in addition the country’s sources like (The Countries Dictionary ) for
