Providing an explanation for the ordinances of inheritance in book of Alsorajiya by Ibn Kamal Basha from the first page of the book up to the chapter of alimony was the title of the research. The research was divided into two chpaters including the life of Mohamed Bin Mohamed Bin Tiyfur Alsijawundi-the author of Alsorajiya, status of Alsorajiya among scholars and their emphasis on Alsorajiya. In addition, the life of author of Alsorajiya book, his time, his sheiks, his followers, his religious status and value and significance of the book were tackled by the researcher. From investigatory aspect, the researcher tackled the introduction of explainers of Alsorajiya book, the importance of science of ordinances of inheritance, reasons and impediments of inheritance; rights relating to legacy, the owners of ordain who have honorable shares in the book of Holy Qur’an and a chapter in impediments of inheritage. The researcher also identified the impediment linguistically and in Islamic lawful terminology, the difference between prohibited and accepted things and types of impediment that agreed upon and disputed over. The researcher furthermore outlined the chapter of agnates which was identified linguistically and in Islamic lawful terminology, types of agnates, groups of relative agnates, types of withholding, the difference between impediment and withholding ; in addition to the chapter of obligations for ordains and. Finally the researcher tackled the chapter of alimony and identified the principles of alimony. The researcher reached that the book of Alsorahiya by Ibn Kamal Basha has a high religious value. It is considered to be an important reference in the science of ordinances of inheritance. Ibn kamal Basha depended on Hanafia resources for his book as Almoheet book by Alborhani and Alhiddiya by Almarginani. He is also aware of other schools of jurisprudence rather than Hanafia. The researcher recommends studying the Islamic heritage which has remained by Islamic scholars as well as place emphasis on social and economic status of Islamic scholars and learners.
