هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات التعليمية التي تواجه الطلاب في كليات إعدادا لمعلم بدولة الكويت والكشف عن الفروق بين استجابات إفراد العينة تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، السنة الدراسية، محافظة السكن، كلية الإعداد، الجنسية والتوصل إلى عدد من الحلول المناسبة للحد من هذه المشكلات أو الوقاية منها، واستخدام الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكانت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة طبقت على عينة مكونة من (831) طالب وطالبة من طلاب كلية التربية جامعة الكويت، وطلاب كلية التربية جامعة الكويت، وطلاب كلية التربية الأساسية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2007/2008. \\\\ وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن أكثر المشكلات التي يعاني منها الطلاب ومتعلقة بنظام الدراسة مشكلة "عدم طرح المقررات اللازمة في الفصل الصيفي في حين جاءت مشكلة قصر مدة الفصل الدراسي لشرح المقرر أضعف المشكلات وأقلها تأثيرا، وأن أكثر المشكلات المرتبطة بأداء عضو هيئة التدريس مشكلة "احتكار بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس لبعض المقررات الدراسة، في حين كانت مشكلة إضاعة وقت المحاضرة في تسجيل الحضور والغياب أضعف المشكلات، وفي المشكلات المتعلقة بالاختبارات جاءت مشكلة أن أسئلة الاختبارات تركز على الحفظ والاسترجاع أولا في حين جاءت مشكلة مراعاة الاختبارات للفروق الفردية بين الطلاب في التحصيل الدراسي أضعف المشكلات، وبالنسبة للمشكلات المتعلقة بالإرشاد الأكاديمي جاءت مشكلة ضعف شخصية المرشد وتردده في عملية الإرشاد أول المشكلات تأثيرا، في حين جاءت المشكلة المتعلقة بمكتب التسجيل وتعاونه أثناء فترة الانسحاب والإضافة والتسجيل أضعف المشكلات وأقلها تأثيرا. \\\\ وفي الختام أوصت الدراسة بتحديث نظام الدراسة والمقررات الدراسية بكليات التربية بما يتفق مع سوق العمل، وتدريب وإعداد أعضاء هيئة التدريس ليكونوا على درجة عالية من الجودة والكفاية، والرفع من قدراتهم الأدائية أكاديميا وتربويا، وضرورة وجود مقاييس واضحة ومعلنة عند وضع أسئلة الاختبار يلتزم بها عضو هيئة التدريس، والاهتمام بشكاوى الطلاب ومشاركتهم في اتخاذ القرار الذي يتعلق بكل إجراءات العملية التعليمية بما يوفر بيئة تعليمية مشجعة، والعمل على توفير قنوات ووسائل اتصال بين الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكليات بشكل يحقق التواصل والترابط بينهم ويوفر فرص للطلاب ليعبروا عن أرائهم ومشكلاتهم.
This study aimed to identify the educational problems faced by students in teacher preparation colleges in State of Kuwait. And clarify the differences between the responses of the sample members according to the variables of sex, school year, place of residence, college and nationality, to reach a number of appropriate solutions to reduce these problems. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. A questionnaire was used as a tool. It was applied to a sample of (831) students from the Faculty of Education students at Kuwait University, and students of Faculty of Basic Education, the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training during the second semester 2007/2008. \\\\ The results of the study showed that, the most common problem experienced by students regarding school system was the problem of "there isn't enough courses in summer semester, while the problem of the shortage of the summer semester time was the weakest and least influential. The problems related to the performance of faculty members "some faculty members monopolized some courses" was the biggest, while the problems of wasting the time of the lecture to record attendance and absence was the weakest. The problems related to tests "test questions focus on the conservation and recovery" came first while the problem of "testing for individual differences among students" was the weakest. The problems regarding academic achievement problem of "Counselors are weak and not doing their job" was the biggest problem. While the problem of Registration office its cooperation during the period of withdrawal and addendum was the weakest and least influential. \\\\ In conclusion, the study recommended to update the Education system and courses in conformity with the labor market needs. And do training and preparation of faculty members to be more quality and efficiency and increase their academic abilities and educational performance. And the need for clear standards when development of test questions. And show attention of complaints and participation of students in decision-making which relates to all procedures, including the educational process and provides a conducive learning environment, and to provide channels and means of communication between students and college faculty members, so that the connectivity and interdependence among them and provides opportunities for students to express their opinions and their problems.
