المستخلص: بناء على نتائج عدة دراسات أفادت ضرورة إكساب طلاب الجامعات المصرية مهارات الوعي المعلوماتي، فإن هذا البحث يهدف إلى إعداد اختبار لتحديد مستوى الوعي المعلوماتي لهؤلاء الطلاب قبل دراستهم لمقررات الوعي المعلوماتي، حتى يتسنى لهم دراسة المستوى المناسب لمهاراتهم، لعل ذلك يكون أكثر جدوى وفعالية. وقد تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي لاستنباط مفردات الاختبار من الإنتاج الفكري حول الوعي المعلوماتي ومعاييره، ثم بمنهج تحليل المحتوى من أجل تحليل محتوى الاختبارات المختلفة التي سبق إعدادها في الغرب؛ بهدف إعداد اختبار يتناسب مع طلاب الجامعات المصرية.
وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على أدلة ومعايير إعداد الاختبارات العالمية، كما تم إعداد جدول المواصفات لتحقيق التوازن النسبي في توزيع الأسئلة بين موضوعات الوعي المعلوماتي، والمستويات المعرفية، وقد اشتمل على أسئلة تقيس المعرفة (القدرة على تذكر معلومات ومفاهيم)، وأخرى تقيس المهارات الذهنية (الفهم والقدرة على حل المشكلات)، وثالثة تقيس المهارات المهنية (القدرة على تطبيق المعارف)، بما يحقق أهداف الاختبار.
ولقد استخدمت الباحثة أنواع متعددة من الأسئلة، مثل: الأسئلة المفتوحة، والأسئلة الموضوعية (الاختيار من متعدد، والصواب والخطأ، والمزاوجة أو المطابقة، وإعادة الترتيب، والإجابة المقيدة).
كما تم تجريب الاختبار تجريبا مبدئيا -على عينة من الإناث والذكور من طلاب جامعة الإسكندرية من الكليات النظرية والعملية الحكومية والخاصة بالتعليم المصري والأجنبي (American & British IG) المسجلين بالفرقة الأولى - بهدف استكشاف مدى صعوبته، ومدى احتياج طلاب الجامعة لدراسة مقرر الوعي المعلوماتي وكذلك تفاوت مستويات الوعي المعلوماتي لدى الطلاب؛ فتبين احتياجهم لدراسة المقرر، كما تبين التفاوت الكبير بين مستويات وعيهم المعلوماتي، مما أكد ضرورة إجراء الاختبار محل الدراسة.


Based on the results of several studies stating that Egyptian university students should gain information awareness skills; this research aims to prepare a test to determine the level of information awareness of these students before they pursue information awareness courses so that they can study the appropriate level of their skills; perhaps that would be more feasible and effective. The descriptive approach has been employed to derive the test vocabulary from the intellectual production about information awareness and its standards, followed by the content analysis approach to analyze the content of the various tests that have been prepared in the West in order to develop a test that is suitable for the students of Egyptian universities.
The researcher relied on the evidence and criteria for preparing international tests. The specification table was also prepared to achieve a relative balance in distributing questions between the topics of information awareness and cognitive levels. It included questions that measure knowledge (ability to remember information and concepts), and a second question that measures the mental skills (understanding and problem-solving ability), and a third question measuring professional skills (ability to apply knowledge) that would achieve the test objectives.
The researcher used multiple types of questions, such as open questions and objective questions (multiple-choice questions, true and false, matching, reordering, and the restricted answer questions).
The test experiment was carried, in principle, on a sample of female and male students from Alexandria University from the theory, practical, private, and public faculties of Egyptian and foreign education (American & British IG) enrolled in the first year - in order to explore its difficulty and the extent to which university students need to study the course of information awareness, as well as the varying levels of information awareness among them. It showed the need to study the course and a significant disparity between their levels of information awareness, which confirmed the need for carrying the test in question.
