هدف المقال إلى الكشف عن أثر البيئة التربوية الآمنة في تعليم طلبة صعوبات التعلم. وأشار المقال إلى مفهوم صعوبات التعلم الشائع بين الباحثين وذكر العلاقة بين طبيعة المفهوم وسلوك الأمان. وتناول المقال بعض النظريات المتنوعة عن سلوك العنف. وأوضح المقال أشكال القلق التي تبرز في سلوك وشعور طالب الصعوبات وأشكال من المشكلات النفسية التي يعاني منها طالب الصعوبات. والأسباب والدوافع التي ترتبط بنشوء الصعوبات وارتباطها بالعنف لدى طالب الصعوبات. وأشار المقال إلى الإجراءات المناسبة للحد من العنف في البيئة التربوية. واختتم المقال بتنشيط الجانب الوقائي والتثقيفي للعاملين كافة داخل البيئة التربوية الواحدة كالمعلمين والمرشدين والإداريين ونشر ثقافة التسامح وتأكيد تطبيقها داخل البيئة المدرسية وخارجها. وتدريب العاملين في البيئة المدرسية حول التعامل مع الطلبة وأفراد المدرسة وإكسابهم المهارات المناسبة بكيفية التعامل وخفض وتيرة العنف. واستخدام وتفعيل أساليب التعزيز المادية والمعنوية وتأكيد تطبيقها داخل البيئة الصفية وخارجها لتضييق الفجوة بين أفراد البيئة التربوية وخفض وتيرة التوتر لدى الطلبة وبناء جسور الثقة بينهم. وتفعيل دور الإرشاد المدرسى علما بأنه خط الدفاع الأول بين الطالب والسلوك غير المرغوب فيه وهو صمام الأمان لمنع حدوث المشكلة. وأوصى المقال بضرورة السعي نحو البيئة التربوية الآمنة لبناء الشخصية المبدعة الهادفة المنتجة المنتمية لبلدها وقيادتها. كما أشار إلي أن المجتمعات الإنسانية تعيش ضمن مجموعة منتظمة من التصرفات والسلوكيات، فق وتناول المقال مفهوم وأشكال ومسببات صعوبات التعلم. والإجراءات المناسبة للحد من العنف في البيئة التربوية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 The aim of this article is to uncover the impact of the safe educational environment in teaching students with learning difficulties. The article referred to the concept of learning difficulties common among researchers and mentioned the relationship between the nature of the concept and safety behavior. The article dealt with various theories about the behavior of violence. The article highlighted the forms of anxiety that appear in the behavior and feeling of the student with difficulties and forms of psychological problems experienced by the student with difficulties. Besides, the reasons and motives associated with the emergence of difficulties and their association with violence in the face of difficulties. The article referred to appropriate measures to reduce violence in the educational environment. The article concluded by activating the preventive and educational aspect of all workers within the educational environment, such as teachers, mentors and administrators, spreading the culture of tolerance and confirming its application within the school environment and beyond. In addition, training the staff in the school environment about dealing with students and school personnel and giving them the appropriate skills in how to deal with and reduce the frequency of violence. Besides, using and activating methods of material and moral strengthening and confirm their application within the classroom environment and beyond to narrow the gap between the members of the educational environment reducing the tension of students and build bridges of confidence between them. And activating the role of school guidance as the first line of defense between the student and the unwanted behavior, also it is the safety to prevent the occurrence of the problem. The article recommended the need to strive towards a safe educational environment to build the creative and productive personality belonging to the country and its leadership. It also pointed out that human societies live within a regular set of behaviors and conduct. The article deals with the concept, forms and causes of learning difficulties and appropriate measures to reduce violence in the educational environment.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
