المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم برامج التأهيل المهني وفق المعليير الدولية لضمان الجودة لذوي الإعاقة البصرية في الأردن من وجه نظر المدربين. ولجمع بيانات الدراسة استخدم مقياس تقييم برامج التأهيل المهني لذوي الإعاقة البصرية والمقابلة على عينة من المدربين وبلغ عددهم عشرة أفراد حيث تم مقارنة نتائج المقياس مع نتائج المقابلة وكانت متطابقة، وتم اختيار أفراد عينة الدراسة بطريقة العينة القصدية وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة جميع المدربين وعددهم (100) فرد من المركز السعودي للكفيفات، ونادي الشعلة للمكفوفين. وأظهرت الدراسة إن مستوى درجة كفاءة خدمات مراكز التأهيل المهني لذوي الإعاقة البصرية في الأردن يقع ضمن الدرجة المتوسطة، ومستوى المهارات والمعرفة للمدربين لمراكز التأهيل المهني لذوى الإعاقة البصرية في الأردن والتي تقع ضمن الدرجة المرتفعة. وأوصى الباحث بإدراج خطط تنموية القدرات والمهارات الوظيفية لذوي الإعاقة البصرية وجعلهم جزء من عناصر العمل المنتجة في نظام العمل.

This study aimed to assess vocational rehabilitation programs in accordance with international standards for quality assurance dat provided to people with visual disabilities in Jordan from teh point of view of trainers. Teh study data collection scale has been used to provide vocational rehabilitation programs for people with visual disabilities .Teh interview was used on a sample of supervisors ، trainers and trainees. They were ten individuals where teh results were compared with teh corresponding results of scale and were identical. Teh sample was selected a sample intentionality. Teh study sample included all trainers، supervisors and trainees ، teh number of participants were (100) in teh Saudi Center for teh Blind people and teh Torch Club for teh Blind people. Teh study concluded to teh following results: • Teh level of teh efficiency degree of services for vocational rehabilitation centers for people with visual disabilities in Jordan located within teh middle degree. • Teh level of skills and noledge for trainers, supervisors and trainees for vocational rehabilitation centers for people with visual disabilities in Jordan، which is located within a high degree. • Teh degree of appreciation obstacles and difficulties in teh application of vocational rehabilitation programs dat have material assistance to people with visual disabilities in vocational rehabilitation centers in Jordan came to as a low degree. Degree estimating obstacles and difficulties of application programs vocational rehabilitation dat have social services for people with visual disabilities in vocational rehabilitation centers in Jordan came moderately. Teh total estimate for teh obstacles and difficulties in application programs vocational rehabilitation provided to people with visual disabilities in vocational rehabilitation centers in Jordan . Teh researcher recommended to insert development plans to develop teh functional capabilities and skills for people with visual disabilities and make them as a part of teh productive work elements of employment.
