المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تنمية القيم الجمالية لدى المعلمين بدولة فلسطين، من خلال التعرف على واقعها في التعليم المدرسي، والبحث في التحديات التي تعيق تنميتها، وكذلك التعرف على أثر المتغيرات التالية (النوع -التخصص -المستوى التعليمي -سنوات الخبرة -المنطقة التعليمية -نوع المؤسسة) على امتلاك المعلمين للقيم الجمالية، ثم وضع تصور مقترح لتنمية هذه القيم لدى المعلمين.
وتبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي:
كيف يمكن تنمية القيم الجمالية لدى المعلمين بدولة فلسطين؟
ويتفرع عن هذا السؤال التساؤلات الفرعية التالية:
1-ما الأصول الفلسفية للقيم الجمالية في الفكر الإنساني؟
2-ما واقع القيم الجمالية في المجتمع المعاصر؟
3-ما التحديات التي تعيق تنمية القيم الجمالية بدولة فلسطين؟
4-ما دور التربية تجاه تنمية القيم الجمالية الداعمة للتنمية البشرية المستدامة؟
5-هل تختلف القيم الجمالية للمعلمين باختلاف المتغيرات التالية: (النوع - التخصص - المستوى التعليمي - سنوات الخبرة - المنطقة التعليمية – نوع المؤسسة)؟
6-ما التصور المقترح لتنمية القيم الجمالية لدى المعلمين بدولة فلسطين؟
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد استخدمت الباحثة منهج التحليل الفلسفي، في تحليل وتصنيف كتابات الفلاسفة وعلماء الجمال وعلماء النفس والاجتماع والتربويين، الذين تناولوا موضوع القيم الجمالية بهدف تحليل وجهات نظرهم، إزاء القيم الجمالية وأهمية تكريسها لدى المعلم بوجه خاص، وكذلك المنهج الوصفي لرصد وتحليل واقع عملية التنشئة الجمالية في مدارس العينة، ودور المعلمين في تحقيقها والسبل المقصودة لتدعيمها، وفي هذا الصدد فإن منهجية الدراسة هذه لجأت إلى عدد من الأدوات في مقدمتها الاستبانة وكذلك تحليل الأدبيات ومقابلات مقننة.


The study aimed to develop the aesthetic values of the teachers in the State of Palestine by identifying their reality in the school education, and researching in the challenges that hinder its development, and also to identify the effect of the following variables (the gender -the specialization -the educational level – the years of experience -the educational zone- the type of institution) on the possession of teachers of the aesthetic values, and then develop a proposed vision for the development of these values of teachers.
The problem of the study was defined by the following main questions:
How can the aesthetic values of teachers in Palestine be developed?
This question is divided into the following sub-questions:
1 – What is the philosophical principles of the aesthetic values in human thought?
2 - What is the reality of the aesthetic values in the contemporary society?
3 - What are the challenges that hinder the development of the aesthetic values in the State of Palestine?
4 - What is the role of the education towards the development of the aesthetic values in support of sustainable human development?
5 - Do the aesthetic values of teachers vary according to the following variables: (the gender - the specialization –the educational level - years of experience – the educational area - type of the institution)?
6 - What is the proposed conception for the development of the aesthetic values among the teachers in Palestine?
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the method of philosophical analysis in analyzing and classifying the writings of philosophers, beauty scientists, psychologists, sociologists and the educators who dealt with the subject of the aesthetic values in order to analyze their views about the aesthetic values and the importance of its dedication to the teacher in particular, as well as the descriptive approach to monitor and analyze the reality of the process of the aesthetic formation in the sample schools , and the role of teachers in achieving it and the means to support it. In this regard, the methodology of this study has resorted to a number of tools, such as a questionnaire, as well as the analysis of the literature and the structured interviews
