المستخلص: يشهد العالم اليوم واقعا يمتاز بسرعة التغيير نتيجة الثورات التي مر بها الاقتصاد ، ولاسيما ثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الإتصال التي أدت إلى زيادة الاهتمام بإنتاج المعلومات و توصيلها في الوقت المناسب ، و تساهم هده التكنولوجيا في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية من خلال الثورة الرقمية التي تؤدي إلى نشوء أشكال جديدة من التفاعل الاجتماعي و الاقتصادي و قيام مجتمعات جديدة .

Le monde connait aujourd’hui une réalité qui se distingue par la vitesse du changement grâce aux révolutions qu’a connu l’économie comme la révolution de la technologie des connaissances et de la communication qui a mené à l’augmentation de l’attention portée à la production des connaissances et sa livraison au moment opportun et cette technologie aide à la réalisation du développement économique grâce à la révolution numérique qui mène à l’apparition de nouveaux modèles pour le bien sociale et économique pour des jours meilleurs pour des nouvelles société

Today, the world is witnessing a reality characterized by rapid change as a result of the revolutions that the economy has undergone, especially the revolution in information and communication technology, which has led to increased interest in the production and timely delivery of information. This technology contributes to economic development through the digital revolution, which leads to new forms of social and economic interaction and the establishment of new societies.
