المستخلص: تعتبر اليقظة الإستراتيجية أسلوب منظم في الإدارة الإستراتيجية للمؤسسة ، فهي تختص بالتسيير الأمثل للمعلومات التي تساعد صناع القرار على تطوير المؤسسة و ضمان نشاطها و تحسين تنافسيتها و هذا من خلال خطوات عمل مدروسة بداية من جمع المعلومات من محيط المؤسسة و معالجتها و تحليلها ثم نشرها و استخدامها من أجل استغلال الفرص المتاحة و تجنب المخاطر المحتملة و كل هذا في طابع استباقي توقعي لمسايرة المتغيرات الخارجية

La veille stratégique est une approche structurée en management stratégique de l’entreprise. Elle est spécialisée de gestion optimale de l’information qui aide les décideurs au développement de l’entreprise et assure son activité à travers des mesures à prendre bien étudiés en commençant par la collection des information à partir de l’environnement de l’entreprise et les traiter et les analyser et puis les publier et les utiliser pour exploiter les opportunités et éviter les risques potentiels et tout ça dans un cadre proactif et anticipatif afin d’accompagner les changement extérieurs

Strategic vigilance/alertness is considered to be a structured approach in respect to the strategic management of the organization. It specializes in the optimal management of information that helps decision makers develop the organization, ensure its activity and improve its competitiveness. This is through deliberate action steps, beginning with the collection, processing, analysis, dissemination and use of information in order to exploit opportunities and avoid potential risks. All of this is undertaken with a proactive and predictive character in order to keep pace with external variables.
