El Hassan El Basri " have a mercy upon him " was one of the respectful scholar, he was described as the master of his age and the most fluent scholar, also lived in actions of Fitna during El Rashidi era also lived in actions of Fitna during the Umayyad period, what makes him to get benefit from the experience more than other and has effects on his character and build his character also taught him Wisdom and right opinion that is not received by the other. Since the Sultan, kings and princes consulted him to get benefits from his knowledge, wisdom and his opinion. And as they got benefit, they give him benefit as well because he had a look over the nature of their thoughts through their comprehensive outlook on the events and attitude also the Justifications of their decisions that made by them. All this gave El Hassan El Basri attitude and well established opinions in the era of El Rashid and Umayyad, which gave him advantages over other scholar in his time. So that, this study will focus on El Hassan El Basri and his relation with the Kholafa and the governors of Umayad era also the nature of his relation with them and his political and religious of these historical and leadership characters then through his opinions , recognize the Umayyad regime and whether it was fair and achieving the justice of Islam that was the basis of the Islamic country. After the study of his attitude, we look at the dissenting views of their attitude toward Umayyad people to know the truth of the proper balance between those different views and the description of the government in that time. |
