المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر برنامج تدريبي للتخطيط وفق نموذج التصميم العكسي في تنمية مهارة التخطيط للفهم والاتجاه نحوه لدى معلمات الرياضيات. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة باستخدام نموذج التخطيط وفق نموذج التصميم العكسي ل ويغنز ومكتاي ووضعت معايير من إعداد الباحثة للتحقق من سلامة كل مرحلة من مراحل النموذج بما يحقق الفهم للطالبات، كما قامت الباحثة بتصميم مقياس للاتجاه نحو التخطيط للفهم. واستخدمت الباحثة للمنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة، تم فيه تدريب عينة من معلمات الرياضيات والبالغ عددهن (30) معلمة على التخطيط لوحدة دراسية وفق نموذج التصميم العكسي وقياس الأداء قبل وبعد التجربة في ضوء المعايير المعدة لقياس جودة التخطيط بما يحقق الفهم، كما طبقت مقياس للاتجاه نحو التخطيط للفهم على عينة البحث. وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات توصلت الدراسة إلى: - أن مهارة التخطيط للفهم قد نمت لدى معلمات الرياضيات عينة التجريب، مع تنوع في مدى نمو أبعاد التخطيط للفهم حيث بلغ بعد نمو المهارات أعلى ارتفاع بينما صياغة الفهم الثابت والذي يعد هو الركيزة الأساسية للتخطيط للفهم بالرغم من نموه إلا أنه احتل المرتبة الأخيرة في درجات نمو الأبعاد في التطبيق البعدي. - كما أظهرت الدراسة أن عامل الخبرة وعدد الدورات التدريبية التي حصلت عليها المعلمات كان له تأثير إيجابي في درجة جودة التخطيط للفهم بالإضافة إلى وجود اتجاه إيجابي نحو التخطيط للفهم وفق نموذج التخطيط العكسي.

This study aimed to determine the impact of a framing program for planning according to the backward design model in planning for the understanding and skill development attitude towards it among female math teachers. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher using a form of planning according to Wiggins & McTighe's backward design model, developed standards prepared by the researcher to verify the integrity of each stage of the model m order to achieve understanding of female students. In add it Kin. The researcher has designed a measure of the attitude towards planting for understanding. The researcher used one group experimental design m which the sample of mathematics teachers (n = 30) trained on the planning for the unit of study in accordance with the reverse design model and measurement of performance before and alter the experiment in light of the standards that have been developed to measure the planting quality in order to achieve understanding, and also applied a measure of the attitude towards planting for the understanding on the research sample. After statistical analvsis of the data the study found: • planning skill for understanding has grown among experimentation sample of female math teachers, with variation in the extent of the growth dimensions of planting to understand where the dimension of skills growth reached highest growth while formulating of fixed understand which is the essential substrate to plan for the understanding in spite of it growth, but it came m last ranked in degrees of dimensions growth in the post application. • The study also showed that the factor of experience and the number of training courses which female teachers obtained had a positive effect on the quality degree of planning for understanding, in addition to having a positive attitude towards planting for understanding according to the inverse planning model.
