المستخلص: The reform of the Military Justice is one of the flagship illustrations of the efforts made by Morocco, in the framework of restructuring and good governance of the national judicial system. This new orientation was clearly declared from the preamble of the 2011 Constitution, which triggered a real upgrade of the Moroccan legal and institutional framework, giving the priority to Morocco’s international commitments, especially the protection and the promotion of human rights in all their dimensions. In this regard, the new law n 108-13 related to military justice has introduced major changes in order to promote military justice to a specialized judicial institution, guaranteeing rights and freedoms. These changes have focused on the organization and the composition of the Military court, as well as the redesign of its powers.
