المستخلص: The Islamic sciences of interpretation (Tafseer) and the principles of his jurisprudence depend on knowledge of the arts of Language because the discoverer interpreter (Mufassir) and jurisprudent (Faqih) need it to understand the meaning correctly. There is no substitute for it in terms of weighting between meanings and opinions, so there was a consensus among scholars that the mujtahid should have command of the sciences of Arabic Language.
— Since the mujtahid looks at the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah, which are in Arabic, it is necessary for those who are subjected to derive rulings from them to have a great deal of knowledge in this language, to reach the meaning and rulings of the text.
In the choices of Qadi Ayad, the jurisprudent, we found the effect of linguistic semantics evident during his interpretation and his extraction of the provisions of the branches from the Islamic texts in his book, Ikmal al-mu`lim bi fawa'id Muslim.

إن العلوم الشرعية من تفسير وأصول وفقه متوقفة على الإلمام بفنون اللغة؛ لأن المفسر والفقيه المستنبط محتاج إليها لفهم المعنى على الوجه الصحيح، كما أنه لا يستغني عنها في الترجيح بين المعاني والآراء، لذلك حصل الإجماع بين العلماء على ضرورة تضلع المجتهد من علوم العربية.
– لما كان نظر المجتهد في نصوص الكتاب والسنة وهما عربيان، صار لزاما لمن يتعرض لاستنباط الأحكام منهما أن يكون على قدر كبير من العلم بهذه اللغة، حتى يتوصل إلى ما يحتمله النص من المعاني والأحكام.
وفي اختيارات القاضي عياض الفقهية وجدنا تأثير الدلالات اللغوية واضح خلال تخريجاته واستنبطاته لأحكام الفروع من النصوص الشرعية في كتابه إكمال المعلم بفوائد مسلم.


Les sciences religieuses ,dont l'exégèse ,l'ussul et le jurisprudence ont lié à la connaissance de tous les mystères de la langue ,car l'expositeur et l'inventeur juriste "alfaquih" ont besoin d'elle pour comprendre les sens et les meaning correctement.
Aussi,ils ne peuvent pas la dispenser dans la pondération entre les meaning et les opinions. c'est pour cela il est indispensable pour les industrieux de maitriser la linguistique de la langue arabe.
Donc, il est obligatoire pour l'industrieux qui va extraire les dispositions de Elkitab et Assonna d'avoir un grand stock de connaissances de cette langue ,pour atteindre le concept exact du texte.
Et dans les sélections jurisprudentielles de ELKADHI IYADHE on a trouvé l'effet des connotations linguistiques clair et net dans leurs extractions et leurs dérivations des dispositions religieuses dans leur livre "IKMAL ALMOALAM BI FAWAID MOSLIME"
