المستخلص: This study includes a discussion and analysis of the role of technological knowledge in the process of economic development, through analysis the indicators of the relevant document in technological knowledge and economic development in the sample countries. The study confirms that the technological knowledge has become the infrastructure for economic development and the necessary condition for the sustainability of the structure being supporting the National Qualifications especially experiences and skills that enhance the structure of competitive advantages ,and encountered Technological knowledge in developing economic environments many challenges, including those related investments failure of which is closely related to the absence of the contribution of the private sector and the low volume of spending on research and development and the education sector, the study confirms that there is a close link between the level of economic growth and the level of technological development in the knowledge-based economic environments, especially (the United States- the United Kingdom- Japan- Germany), That reflects Currently human evolution in the march human progress in those economies based on knowledge and keep abreast of the dynamic and rapidly changing technological knowledge, While it was observed at the level Environments of developing economic especially the Arab economies, including Iraq through the analysis indicators of the relevant document in technological knowledge and economic development, That the contribution of technological knowledge (innovative locally) and the production process a relatively slim. Most Arab economies based on natural resources and relatively far from the knowledge-based economy, they represent a consumer market for the disposal of the final technological knowledge products.
