يركز هذا البحث بصفة أساسية على معرفة مدى إدراك المسئولين عن الإنتاج بالشركات الصناعية لأخلاقيات الإنتاج، حيث اشتمل مجتمع البحث على مديري ورؤساء الأقسام الإنتاجية والمشرفين في ٨٦ شركة صناعية تعمل في مختلف الأنشطة الصناعية بالمنطقة الصناعية بمدينة السادات وأظهرت النتائج وجود انخفاض واضح في مستوى إدراك المسئولين عن الإنتاج من الفئات المشار اليها للمعايير الأخلاقية للإنتاج، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن سنوات الخبرة والتعليم والدرجة الوظيفية للمسئولين عن الإنتاج لها تأثير على مستوى إدراكهم للمعايير الأخلاقية، بينما لا يوجد تأثير للحالة الاجتماعية على مستوى الإدراك لتلك المعايير. أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى وجود فروق معنوية في ادراكات المسئولين عن الإنتاج للمعايير الأخلاقية تجاه العملاء واصحاب العمل والمجتمع والمهنة ترجع إلى اختلاف نوع الصناعة ، حيث أن المسئولين عن الإنتاج في شركات صناعة الأغذية أكثر إدراكا للمعايير الأخلاقية عن غيرهم الذين يعملون بأنشطة صناعية اخري. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تبنى الشركات الصناعية لمعايير أخلاقية للإنتاج والعمل على توثيق تلك المعايير وكتابتها وتوعية العاملين بها واعتبار الالتزام بتلك المعايير أحد الأسس الهامة التي تؤخذ في الاعتبار عند تقييم أداء العاملين.
This research is specifically focused on exploring to what extent the production interested staff, in the industrial companies, sufficiently aware of the production ethical norms. The research community covered in particular the supervisors, head of departments and managers of production for "eighty six" industrial companies that are actually working in different fields of industrial activity within the geographical zone of Sadat City. The research results have indicated that the previously mentioned production responsible staff have had a low level of awareness concerning the production ethical norms. It was found, as well, that the years of experience, the levels of education and the functional positions significantly affecting the respondents' awareness of the investigated norms. This was not the same in the case of the social status. The respondents' levels of awareness concerning the production ethical norms towards the customers, owners, society and profession were significantly different. The reason behind this was obviously represented in the kind of industrial activity in which the company work, since the results pointed out that the level of awareness concerning such a sort of ethics was significantly higher in the case of the food industry compared with the other fields of industrial activity. Accordingly, it was recommended that the industrial companies should adopt the production ethical norms, consider the importance of documenting them and keeping them clearly announced in a written form, creating the workers awareness at the different levels concerning these ethical norms, and also using the workers commitment with these ethical norms as one of the substantial criteria in their performance appraisal.
