المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم مقترحات ببعض الاحتياجات التدريبية؛ لتنمية أداء المعلم في ضوء مفهوم الأمن الشامل، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالوثائق. وتوصل البحث لعدة احتياجات تدريبية، وذلك من خلال استقراء الأدبيات المتعلقة بالموضوع واستنتاج النتائج التالية: توضيح مفهوم الأمن الوطني للمعلمين واستراتيجيات نشره وتعزيز بين الطلاب. والتعريف بمتطلبات الأدوار الإرشادية للمعلم في ضوء مفهوم الأمن الوطني. وتنمية قدرة المعلمين على دمج دروس المناهج وتنفيذها، في ضوء مفهوم الأمن الوطني. وتنمية قدرة المعلمين على كيفية توجيه الطلبة وإرشادهم، في ضوء مفهوم الأمن الوطني. وتنمية قدرة المعلمين على توظيف المقررات الدراسية في ضوء حاجة الطلاب ومتطلبات الأمن الشامل. وتدريب المعلمين للتمكن من أصول البحث العلي ومهاراته بدءاً من أساليب جمع، المعلومات حول المشكلات الأمنية وانتهاء بتوجيه مخرجات البحث ونتائجه، لمجالات التطبيق. وتوظيف شيكات التواصل الاجتماعي في خدمة العملية التعليمة. وتوظيف شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في معالجة الانحرافات السلوكية للطلاب. وتوظيف الأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية في تعزيز الأمن الفكري لدى الطلاب.

teh current study seeks to provide some proposed of training requirements for teh development of teh instructor's performance in teh view of teh comprehensive security concept and to achieve teh objective of teh study, teh researcher TEMPhas sought to achieve some of teh sub- goals which are: clarify teh conceptual framework of national security, identify teh reasons and teh requirements of teh integration between educational institutions and security institutions. Teh curriculum: Teh Researcher used teh descriptive approach in her study Results: teh study reached many proposed training needs through extrapolation of teh literature related to teh subject and deduce teh following results: Clarification of teh national security concept for instructors and its publishing strategies and strengtaning it among students. defining teh Indicative roles requirements of teh instructor in teh view of teh national security concept. Teh development of teh instructor’s capacity to integrate lessons of teh Curricula and its implementation, in teh view of teh national security concept. Teh development of teh instructor’s capacity on how to direct and guide teh students in teh view of teh national security concept. Teh development of teh instructor’s capacity to teh curricula recruitment in teh light of teh students’ needs and teh comprehensive security requirements. teacher training to reach teh assets and skills of teh scientific research starting from data collection methods, about teh security problems and teh ending to Directing research outputs and outcomes, to teh application areas. recruitment of social communication networks in teh service of teh educational operation recruitment of social communication networks in addressing teh students' behavioral deviations. recruitment of curricular and extra- curricular activities in promoting intellectual security to teh of instructor’s ability of teh dialogue culture wif students to contain them.
