المستخلص: مما لا شك فيه أن العالم يشهد جملة من التغيرات السريعة التي أوجبت على المنظمات المجتمعية أن تعمل على توسيع نشاطها رغم محدودية البدائل المتوافرة، لذا جاءت أهمية التحالفات الاستراتيجية كأحد البدائل التي يمكن أن تمكن المنظمات من زيادة فاعليتها وقدرتها التنافسية، وأن الجامعات ليست بمنأى عن أي تغير يطرأ على المجتمع تؤثر فيه وتتأثر به وبحكم مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية فالجامعات المصرية عامة وجامعة بنها خاصة بحاجة إلى التحالفات الاستراتيجية من أجل تحسين مسؤوليتها الاجتماعية تجاه طلابها وأعضائها ومجتمعها. أستهدف البحث الحالي: 1-توضيح أهمية التحالفات الاستراتيجية بين الجامعات في ظل التحديات العالمية. 2-التعرف على المعنى الواسع للمسؤولية الاجتماعية (المجتمعية) للجامعات. 3-التعرف على دور التحالفات الاستراتيجية في دعم وبناء المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعات. ومن اهم ما توصل إليه البحث الحالي: 1-لدى أفراد العينة إيمان بأهمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعة. 2-مفهوم التحالفات الاستراتيجية غير واضح لدى معظم أفراد العينة، رغم وجود كثير من عقود التعاون بين جامعة بنها وجامعات إقليمية وعالمية ولكن معظم أعضاء هيئة التدريس ليس لديهم علم بها. 3-لا يوجد مركز أو وحدة متخصصة لإدارة التحالفات وبرتوكولات التعاون. 4-التحالفات الاستراتيجية لها دور كبير في دعم وبناء المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعة.

There is no doubt that the world is witnessing a series of rapid changes that necessitated the community organizations that are working to expand its activities despite the limited alternatives available, so was the importance of strategic alliances as one of the alternatives that can enable organizations to increase their efficiency and competitiveness, and that universities are not immune to any change in the society in which affect and are affected by it and by virtue of its social responsibility General Egyptian Universities and the University of Banha especially need strategic alliances in order to improve its social responsibility towards its students and its members and society. The present study aimed to 1. Interpretation of the importance of strategic alliances between universities in the light of the global challenges. 2. Identify the broad sense of social responsibility (community) for universities. 3. Identify the role of strategic alliances in support and build the social responsibility of universities. 4. The most important findings of the current study results: 5. I have a sample of the importance of the faith of members of the social responsibility of the University. 6. The concept of strategic alliances is unclear for most of the sample, although there are a lot of cooperation between the universities and the University of Banha regional and global contracts but most faculty members are not aware of them. 7. There is no center or a specialized unit to manage alliances and cooperation protocols. 8. Strategic alliances have a significant role in supporting and building the social responsibility of the University
