المستخلص: This study aimed to know the degree of participation of chairpersons and administrative departments in Jordanian universities in planning to manage the crisis from their point of view, also the study aimed to show the impact of variables (gender and the nature of work and experience) in the degree of their participation, by using descriptive and analytical method. To answer the questions of the study, the questionnaire which included (31) items distributed to the respondents the sample consisted of (150) subjects working at the Jordanian public and private universities in the territory of the north 2015/2016. It was found that the degree of their participation in the domain; to deal with the crisis plan was moderate, the mean (1.79), while the degree of their participation in the domain of; sensor crisis plan, and the prevention of crisis with low-grade average (1.58), (1.62). And it was found lack of a statistically significant level differences (a<0.05) in the area of prevention plan from the crisis, and the existence of differences in the areas of; crisis sensor plan and a plan to deal with the crisis, and the areas of all attributable sex in favor of males. And presence of statistically significant differences at the level (a<0.05) In the areas of; sensor crisis plan, and a plan to prevent the crisis, and a plan to deal with the crisis and the all degree due to the nature of the work and in favor of administrators. And the lack of statistically significant differences at the level (a<0.05) in the field; the crisis sensor plan, and the existence of significant statistical differences in the areas of; prevention of the crisis plan, a plan to deal with the crisis, and the total degree, attributed to the experience and in favor (10 years and above) .so that, it can be recommended for the necessary of given a universities planning to crisis management enough importance.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة مشاركة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية والإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية في التخطيط لإدارة الأزمات من وجهة نظرهم، وأثر متغيرات الجنس وطبيعة العمل والخبرة في درجة مشاركتهم، باستخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي التحليلي. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، تم تطوير أداة اشتملت على (31) فقرة وزعت على أفراد العينة وعددها (150) رئيس قسم أكاديمي وإداري في الجامعات الأردنية الحكومية والخاصة في إقليم الشمال للعام الدراسة 2015/ 2016. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان درجة مشاركة رؤساء الأقسام في مجال؛ خطة التعامل مع الأزمة كانت متوسطة وبمتوسط (1.79) فيما كانت درجة مشاركتهم في مجالي؛ خطة استشعار الأزمة، والوقاية من الأزمة بدرجة منخفضة وبمتوسط (1.58)، (1.62)، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 a) في مجال خطة الوقاية من الأزمة، ووجود فروق في مجالي؛ خطة استشعار الأزمة وخطة التعامل مع الأزمة، وللمجالات كافة تعزى الجنس ولصالح الذكور ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 > a) في مجالات؛ خطة استشعار الأزمة، وخطه الوقاية من الأزمة، وخطة التعامل مع الأزمة وللدرجة الكلية تعزى لطبيعة العمل ولصالح الإداريين. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 > a) في مجال؛ خطة استشعار الأزمة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجالات؛ خطه الوقاية من الأزمة وخطة التعامل مع الأزمة، وللدرجة الكلية تعزى للخبرة ولصالح (10) سنوات فأكثر. وعليه، يمكن التوصية بوضع رؤية وأهداف لخطة إدارة الأزمات وتوضيحها للعاملين للتعامل معها ومواجهتها.
