المستخلص: يعد التدريب المحرك الأساسي لعملية التنمية التعليمية في المجتمع، إذ من خلاله يمكن تحقيق الكفاية الإنتاجية في التعليم، ورفع المستوى المهني للمعلم في العملية التعليمية، ومن ثم تقدم المجتمع وأصبح التدريب في الوقت الحاضر ضرورة تفرضها التغيرات السريعة والمتلاحقة، ولم يعد مطلبا اختيارياً، حيث وضعت هذه التغييرات السريعة الإنسان أمام مهمات جديدة لابد من مسايرتها وملاحقتها.
ويعتبر المعلم الركيزة الأساسية للعملية التربوية القائمة على التعلم الفعال المرتكز على نشاط المتعلم ومشاركته الفعالة، وهذا المعلم يحتاج إعداد جيد وتأهيل وتدريب أثناء الخدمة يتناسب مع الدور الذي ينبغي أن يقوم به.
يناقش البحث الحالي موضوع هام "تطوير تدريب المتعلمين أثناء الخدمة الذي أصبح من أهم مستلزمات العصر الحالي لمواكبة ما به من تغيرات متلاحقة تستلزم ضرورة تعديل المسار بين الحين والأخر.
ومن ناحية أخرى تأتي أهمية هذا الموضوع من أن يرتبط بأهم قطاع في المجتمع وهو قطاع التعليم بصفة عامة والتعليم العام بصفة خاصة، والأكثر أهمية من ذلك أن يرتبط بأهم عنصر في المنظومة وهو "المعلم" المسئول عن تنفيذ كافة أهداف ووظائف وزارة التربية والتعليم، فإذا صلح حال هذا العنصر فسوف تنجح المدرسة في شق طريق لها في المجتمع الواعد بتحدياته المختلفة. وقد تم معالجة هذا الموضوع في عدة محاور تدور حول أهم المصطلحات الواردة فيه،
ثم الحديث عن النمو المهني للمعلم، ثم الانتقال لمناقشة تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة، ثم في النهاية عرض لبعض الاتجاهات الحديثة في التدريب واشتقاق مجموعة من الأهداف والمقومات والمنطلقات والمتطلبات والآليات التي يمكن الاسترشاد بها في تطوير برامج تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة، وذلك بهدف الارتقاء بمستوى جودته إلى المستوى العالمي المأمول.

Training is the main driver of the educational development process in society. Through it, it is possible to achieve productive efficiency in education, raise the professional level of the teacher in the educational process, and then the progress of society. Training is today a necessity imposed by rapid and successive changes. It is not an optional requirement, as these rapid changes put man before new tasks that must be kept up with and pursued.
The teacher is the cornerstone of the educational process based on effective learning based on the activity and active participation of the learner. This teacher needs good preparation, qualification and in-service training commensurate with the role he should play.
The present paper discusses an important topic “Development of in-service learners training, which has become one of the most important requirements of the current era to keep pace with its successive changes necessitating the need to modify the course from time to time.
On the other hand, the importance of this subject comes from being linked to the most important sector in society, which is education in general and public education in particular. More importantly, it is linked to the most important element of the system, which is the “teacher” responsible for implementing all the objectives and functions of the Ministry of Education. If this element is fixed, the school will succeed in creating a path for it in a society that is promising with its various challenges. This subject has been dealt with in several axes, which revolve around the most important terms contained therein.
Then we discuss the professional growth of the teacher, we then move on to discuss in-service teacher training, then finally we show some recent trends in training and derive a set of objectives, parameters, requirements and mechanisms that can guide the development of in-service teacher training programs and that is with a view to raising its quality to the desired global level.
