المستخلص: One of the main reasons for this study is the sense of the growing importance of research in the economics of health services , and to show the important aspect of this branch of the economy and its applications , hoping that this study to be one of the references for scholars and researchers and also to those who are interested in the economics of health services . Due to the role played by the health services sector in social and economic development , and given the importance of this vital sector , thus the study headed to its goal of clarifying the determinants of pricing policy for health services , as well as the reasons for differing pricing of health services , and to specify the factors causing to the increase of the cost of health services , in addition to raise the level of efficiency of these centers and private hospitals , and in order to achieve these objectives the study has developed the following hypotheses : 1 - There is a direct correlation between the use of technical and scientific level and scientific disciplines for doctors and technicians with the prices of health services . 2 – There is a positive correlation between the use of economic and administrative methods and health services . 3 - The presence of a positive correlation between the recognition of doctors and managers of health centers and private hospitals of the importance of costs and procedures are unnecessary with the prices of health services . 4 - The existence of a positive correlation between the unnecessary entries of admissions to hospital as well as the unnecessary procedures , and prices of health services . 5 - There is a direct correlation between positive price inflation in the city of Benghazi and the prices of health services . 6 - There is a direct correlation between a positive quality of health services and the market prices of health services . 7-There is a positive relationship between the demand for health services centers and private hospitals and the bases on which are the price of health services are placed . 8 - The presence of statistically significant trends in the study singled out the community about the factors affecting the prices of health services due to variables such as personal (sex- Qualification - Years of Experience - income ) .

Using a descriptive analysis of the data analysis, using deductive analysis and testing hypotheses ( t-test - test f) , survey found the following results : First, accept the hypothesis that there is a direct correlation between the use of technical and scientific level , scientific disciplines doctors as well as technicians , and prices of health services . Second, accept the premise that there is a positive correlation , between the use of modern of economic as well as administrative methods and the prices of health services . Third: to accept the hypothesis that there is a positive correlation between the recognition of doctors and managers of health centers and private hospitals , the importance of costs and unnecessary actions with the prices of health services . Fourth : to accept the hypothesis that there is a positive correlation between the unnecessary entries (ovrnight at the hospital) and the unnecessary procedures, and rates of health services . Fifth : to accept the hypothesis and the existence of a direct correlation between a positive price inflation in the city of Benghazi and the prices of health services . Sixth : to accept the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between the quality of health services and the prices of health services . Seventh: accept the premise that there is a positive relationship between demand for health services centers and private hospitals and the basis on which the prices of the health services were set . Eighth: to accept the hypothesis that there were singificant differences in attitudes toward members of the population of the study factors affecting the prices of health services, which are due to variables such as ( sex- qualification – years of experience – income ) .
