|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة وعي الطلبة بحقوق المرأة في الإسلام، وعلاقة ذلك بمتغيرات: الجنس والسنة الدراسية ومستوى تعليم الوالدين، ووضع تصور مقترح للنهوض بوعي الطلبة بحقوق المرأة في الإسلام، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وقد احتوت على (28) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات، هي: الحقوق الدينية، والحقوق الاجتماعية، والحقوق السياسية والمدنية، والحقوق المالية والاقتصادية، والحقوق العلمية، ووزعت الاستبانة على (66) طالباً وطالبة، بما يعادل (50%) من طلبة المعهد العالي للفنون الموسيقية بدولة الكويت، وقد استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمعالجة البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة وعى الطلبة بحقوق المرأة في الإسلام كانت في أدنى الدرجة المتوسطة؛ حيث بلغت (69%)، ولم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس، ومستوى تعليم الوالدين، في حين كانت هناك فروق تعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية لصالح السنة الأعلى، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات الإجرائية المستقبلية.

|f The study aimed to identify the degree of students' awareness of women's rights in Islam, and its relationship with the variables: gender, school year and parental education level, and to develop a proposed concept to improve students' awareness of women's rights in Islam. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. It contained 28 articles divided into five areas: religious rights, social rights, political and civil rights, financial and economic rights. The questionnaire was distributed to 66 male and female students, equivalent to 50% of the students of the Higher Institute of Musical Arts in the State of Kuwait. The appropriate statistical methods were used to process the data. The study found that the degree of awareness among the students towards the women's rights in Islam was at the lowest moderate level of 66%. There were no statistically significant differences due to sex variables and the education levels of parents while there were differences due to the variable of the academic year for higher year.
