المستخلص: This study is suggested to choose a successful quality sys¬tem to make a mab of science researches to every country in the world. Every country in the world must pointed our special mab in every sector of sectors countries. This mab will enable the country to prevent repeated re¬searches in it. This mab will save both cost and time, and facili¬tate contact between all researches at different countries in the world, by means of net through different countries could co¬operate together to solve difficult problems in different sectors. Integration will happen between all researches, in the world whome they deal with the same problem. The results of these researches will happen as fast as pos¬sible. The proposed model then will increase both efficiency and quality of research system, and also for all international sugges¬tion system will lead to more developing system in science re¬search. By means of the main mab of scientific research in every country will prevent repeated study in different places. This paper describes the different steps that must be taken in the standard of every country to reach to the world mab of scientific research.
