المستخلص: Cet essai tente de montrer les processus efficients dans l’apparition du diabète type 1, en nous basant sur l’approche intégrative de Stora. Cette approche, nous a permit d’aborder les processus sous jacents à l’apparition de cette maladie, en tenant compte de la personne malade et non de la maladie. Il s’agit donc d’une présentation d’un cas. Pour parvenir à expliquer les processus mis en oeuvre dans la maladie somatique, qu’est le diabète, nous avons appliqué la Méthode d’évaluation de la santé et du risque psychosomatique à savoir : - La grille de Stora J-B. qui est une grille constamment enrichie - Le questionnaire de santé psychosomatique, complément de la méthode d'évaluation du risque psychosomatique qui considère l’être humain comme une unité psychosomatique (J.B.Stora, 1999).

This study tried to show the efficient processes in the appearance of diabetes type 1, the integrative approach of Stora allowed us to approach the processes underlying the appearance of this disease, taking into account the sick person and not his disease. In order to explain the processes used in the somatic disease, diabetes, we applied the Method of evaluation of health and psychosomatic risk, namely: - The grid of Stora J-B. Which is a constantly enriched? - The psychosomatic health questionnaire, complement to the psychosomatic risk assessment method, which considers the human as a psychosomatic unit (J.B.Stora, 1999).

تحاول هذه الدراسة أن تظهر العمليات التي من شأنها أن تؤدي إلى ظهور مرض السكري من النوع الأول، وقد سمح ستورا، بوجهة نظره الاندماجية والتكاملية، بمعالجة الصيرورات الأساسية في ظهور المرض، مع مراعاة المريض وليس المرض. يتعلق الأمر إذن بدراسة حالة. ولإجلاء هذه الصيرورة في مرض جسدي والمتمثل في مرض السكري، طبقنا طريقة تقويم الصحة النفسية والمخاطر السيكوسوماتية التي تتكون من: - شبكة ستورا Store J-B. الشبكة التي يتم تحيينها باستمرار. - استبيان الصحة النفسية الجسدية، طريقة مكملة لتقييم المخاطر النفسية الذي يعتبر الإنسان كوحدة نفسية (1999 J.B.Stora).
