المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير مهارات المعلم الجديد المهنية في التعليم العام بمدينة الرياض، والمقصود بالمعلم الجديد في هذه الدراسة هو المعلم الذي يمضي عامة الثاني في التعليم، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف وضع الباحث تساؤلين للإجابة عنها: \ 1- ما مدى إسهام المشرف التربوي في تطوير مهارات المعلم الجديد المهنية من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين والمعلمين الجدد في التعليم العام بمدينة الرياض؟ \ 2-هل هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقاً لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، التخصص، الدورات التدريبية) في استجابات أفراد العينة حول دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير مهارات المعلم الجديد في التعليم العام بمدينة الرياض؟ \ وللإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، معتمداً على الاستبانة - بعد تحكيمها والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها - أداة لجمع المعلومات الميدانية، وتمت صياغة عباراتها في (40) عبارة وقسمت إلى أربعة محاور هي: التخطيط للدرس، استراتيجيات التعليم، التقويم، وإدارة الصف، حيث كانت العبارات من 1 إلى 10 لمحور التخطيط للدرس، والعبارات من 11 إلى 20 لمحور استراتيجيات التعليم، والعبارات من 21 إلى 30 كانت لمحور التقويم، والعبارات من 31 إلى 40 لمحور إدارة الصف. \ وتم توزيع الاستبانة على أفراد عينة الدراسة المكونة من (83) فرداً - (57) معلماً و (26) مشرفاً تربوياً- ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائياً تم حساب التكرارات والنسب المئوية لوصف أفراد عينة الدراسة وتحديد استجاباتها على مفردات أداة الدراسة، المتوسط الحسابي لتحديد مدى موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على عبارات ومحاور أداة الدراسة، اختبار (ت) لعينتين مستقلتين (Independent Samples T-test) للمقارنة بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغير نوع المؤهل العلمي وكذلك متغير التخصص، اختبار (ف) تحليل التباين الأحادي (One Way Anova) للمقارنة بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغير الدورات التدريبية، اختبار (شيفية) لتحديد صالح الفروق بين فئات الدورات التدريبية. \

This study aimed to identify the role of the educational supervisor in developing the professional skills of the new teacher in public education in Riyadh city, the new teacher in this study is the teacher who spends his second year in education. To achieve this goal, the researcher put two questions to answer: \ 1. What is the extent of contribution of the educational supervisor in the development of the professional skills of the new teacher from the point of view of the educational supervisors and new teachers in public education in Riyadh city? \ 2- Are there statistically significant differences according to the variables (qualification, specialization, training courses) in the responses of the sample members on the role of the educational supervisor in developing the skills of the new teacher in public education in Riyadh? \ To answer these questions, the researcher used the descriptive approach of the survey method, relying on the questionnaire - after judging and verifying its validity and stability - a tool for gathering field information. The expression were formulated in (40) words and divided into four axes: Lesson planning, education strategies, assessment, and classroom management, where the expressions from 1 to 10 were for the planning axis of the lesson, and expressions from 11 to 20 for the axis of instructional strategies, the expressions from 21 to 30 were for the assessment axis, and the expressions from 31 to 40 for the classroom management axis. The questionnaire was distributed to the members of the sample consisting of (83) individuals - (57) teachers and (26) educational supervisors - to process the data statistically the frequencies and percentages were calculated to describe individuals in the study sample and to identify their responses to the articles of the study tool. The arithmetic average to determine the extent to which the sample members agreed on the terms and axes of the study tool (Independent Samples T-test), to compare the responses of the members of the study sample according to variable type of academic qualification as well as the variable of specialization, (F) test analysis of the variance (One Way ANOVA) to compare the responses of the individuals of the study sample according to variable training courses, Test (Sheffe’s) to determine the validity of differences between the courses classes \
